I’m new to watercolor painting, and the Grabie Watercolor Paint Set has been such a fun introduction! The colors are vibrant, high quality, and there’s a wide variety to choose from—which made experimenting easy and exciting. I did find that I needed to order some additional brushes and paper to get the most out of the set, but for the price, this kit is a fantastic value. Perfect for beginners like me looking to explore watercolor without breaking the bank.

I bought these specifically for the metallics in the set, but upon arrival I was vastly surprised by the beautiful array of very nicely set water color cakes and they are so so nice to paint with! The metallics will overlay on the other paint colors beautifully and blend nicely! The macaroons are super pretty (I’ve only swatched them but already have a painting planned with them) and the fluorescents are genuinely like liquid highlighter.The water pens are also good quality, the metal case is beautiful, the swatch sheet is real water color paper, and I while I was super nervous ordering at first cause of the price, these are 100% worth it!!! And they’re gorgeous. I have attached some images of the paints themselves (before use) and the swatch sheet after! I am very happy with the quality (tho I do with the cakes were slightly larger, they are the perfect size for the case to be purse/backpack friendly for on the go painting, and because of the way they’re set in the case you can actually put the swatch sheet and the pen/pencil IN THE CASE to transport it!Would highly recommend for anyone getting into using better quality paints or someone who wants to pick them back up and can’t fairy the liquid watercolors!

Very nice set - good color range and them are pretty vibrant. I don't know if these are truly 'good' watercolors or not, I just dabble as a hobby.

There are so many colors, I always debate on where to start. They're very pigmented. I love them. Quality is so good, things I painted are still vibrant weeks later. My brushes washed out easily after finishing painting. They are a bit pricey if there's no sales running, but there are loads of great colors so I think it evens out. Case is sturdy metal and good sized. I can toss it in a messenger bag if I want to paint outside easily.

These watercolors are exceptional and blend nicely.

This was an excellent choice. They colors are creamy and super vivid. The coloring book I like it but not the main star. It was a good value for the quantity of half pans. Is creamy which allows easy application on wet and dry. The case has a good size and also very portable and secure.

This set was given to my SIL as a gift. She's just now getting into water colors and reported that this set had many great colors and painted vibrantly. She wanted the link to purchase a second set for when she uses it up. Good price point too!
