Very light to move around, folds up well to take up less room and store. Cuts grass clean. It's a pleasure to use, I don't mind doing lawn work with it like I have with other gas mowers I've used, battery seems to last pretty good, enough power for taller grass

Electric mowers have never looked so good.Easy to charge and prepare, Ego has something special going on here. It comes with batteries interchangeable between most other Ego products, so if you buy a combo with 2 batteries you can also power your leaf blower and string trimmer all with one power source! This really adds great value to the purchase.The mower itself is great. I’d only used the mulch function so far, but it comes with other blades and accessories that help in doing any job you wish. Cut quality is close to or on par with gas mowers in the same price class, though it’s not perfect and might leave behind some stragglers that don’t get lifted up into the blades the first time.However, without spending more money this is one of the best options out there. It cuts quick and the self propelled feature is pretty fast and easy to use, and since it’s electric it’s a lot quieter than any gas mower out there. Would I trust this not to wake my neighbors in the early hours? No. Blades spinning at insane speed is loud no matter what. But it’s quieter than gas and a lot less hot and smelly.Overall, you’re getting an amazing deal that will welcome you into the world of electric lawn appliances and leave you satisfied that you get to put down the gas can and pick up the charger instead.

I love this push mower. I grabbed it on a lightning deal after checking the price history to make sure it was legit, and scored an extra battery for the price of just the mower and its included battery. Total win.Cool stuff: First, it's collapsible and takes up barely any space once folded. You can store it upright in a corner, which is a game-changer for small garages or sheds. It’s also really lightweight, which makes maneuvering around tight spots or awkward corners super easy. What impressed me the most, though, is the battery life. As long as you're not using the self-propel feature, each battery lasts around an hour.The charging dock is also solid. It charges the batteries quickly, so if you have two, you’ll rarely be stuck waiting. One battery charges while the other runs, and by the time you swap them, you're good to go again.Bonus feature: there's a little phone holder up near the handlebar. I don’t use it for my phone, but it’s perfect for holding my earbuds. I just grab them and start mowing to music.All in all, this mower really impressed me. It's efficient, well-designed, and perfect for regular home lawn care.

'k, so this is my take after the first use....I have a small, very flat lawn. And the battery BARELY lasted long enough to get the whole thing in one go. I was pushing the mower myself for ~90% of the time (i.e. NOT using the self propelled ability). I WAS able to finish, but it was blinking red at the end)Pros:- Super lightweight to move around and easy to steer (even 1 handed). It'd be VERY easy to use by a kid or small adult.- Adjustable Height of the handle was great, even for me (I'm 6'3" and this is the first time in my life I DIDN'T have a back ache from bending over using the mower)- The self propelling ability is speed adjustable- Collapses easily for storage- No grease, oil, smelly gas cans, exhaust- It's quiet (think large oscillating fan)Cons:- A normal to larger sized lawn would definitely require the purchase of a 2nd battery (comes with 1 battery and a charger)- Tended to clog and stop when I hit some taller grass (6 plus inches). Had to take it much slower even when using the side chute and not a bagger.Overall:So far, after this first use, I would easily recommend buying it if you can afford the 2nd battery with it. If you don't mind doing it in stages (i.e. mow the front and side lawns, break to recharge the battery for an hour or so while you weed whack, mow the back lawn, etc. ) you COULD get away with one battery as well.
