This is my 3rd CTRONICS camera and this was a replacement for an older model. Very pleased with its performance along with a much easier set-up than previous experiences. Update Sept ‘24 = I also want to add that having experienced issues with the email service provider, with whom my alarm triggered pictures were sent to, stopped working. This was not a technical fault with the CTRONICS device but Eric Xiao helped me resolve the issue by going to a different email provider and even creating a short video to explain the required set up. Brilliant product and support. Thanks Eric

I’ve bought a few CTRONICS cameras and there are great for the money. I saw this which was a bit more expensive but well worth it. Nice and compact and looks the part

This is my second camera from Ctronics. Work well. Good images. Notifications are reliable. App is really simple and very comprehensive. I have added voice recorded warning on alerts. Excellent.

The cameras are ok but I can't reconnect them after replacing my router. Instructions don't tell you how to reconnect.

Perfecta, la uso en exterior de casa y se ve muy bien, tanto de día como de noche.

This camera gives very clear pictures with excellent zoom. Can pick human form and track it. I mounted mine on the eaves and can preset a position where it looks back on an angle at the garage doors. You can select 3 variations of night vision but I like the full colour which probably requires some led lights from the camera. I have had some problems keeping it online but have had excellent support from the supplier, advising what can cause it and what to try to overcome it. Elnum even contacts me to check how it is going and is sending me a new camera in addition to the 1 I have so that I can try this one in different positions and different connections etc. Highly recommended.

Le système de double objectif et le suivi automatique sont performants une fois configurés. ​Cependant, l'expérience utilisateur est gâchée par un grand manque de clarté dans les instructions. L'application n'est pas intuitive du tout : ​Les menus comme "Préréglé position" utilisent des termes flous ("Réglage" pour mémoriser, "Transfert" pour aller à la position), ce qui rend la configuration initiale très frustrante. ​Le réglage de la détection de mouvement demande beaucoup de tâtonnements. Sans aide, il est difficile de comprendre comment définir les zones (Régions 1 à 4) ou ajuster la sensibilité pour éviter les fausses alertes. ​Certaines options techniques comme le FTP sont présentes sans aucune explication sur leur utilité pour l'utilisateur moyen. ​En résumé : un excellent produit sur le plan technique, mais le fabricant devrait sérieusement revoir son guide d'utilisation et traduire son application de manière plus logique pour accompagner les clients. Heureusement que l'image est au rendez-vous !

Problème avec la vision nocturne voir la photo et tache a l'intérieur de la caméra sur le 2ieme zomm Met tres performante le son est très bon et installé a 250 pieds de la maison avec un bon routeur Netgear J'attends une réponse du vendeur et je mettrai a jour j'ai acheté l'autre modèle moins cher et fonctionne très bien son très bon et distance plus de 300 pieds Très bon service il mon envoyer un autre caméra et maintenant tous est parfait dernier video

I got this camera expecting it to be wireless but it was not, I decided to give it a chance anyway as I really needed a camera and the previous one (from a different company) I had purchased was really disappointing and didn't work as needed. The set up process wasn't too hard, just make sure you try the reset button if needed, they also have really useful customer service that can be contacted if you run into any issues. Overall the camera is fantastic, you can control it from your phone in the app (up, down, left, right) and have a large range of motion. You can either use their cloud storage (It's quite expensive so I don't recommend this option) or an SD card where you will be able to view your videos from your phone as well, this option is more cost effective in my opinion. I like that I can speak through the camera and hear the other end remotely with very little latency, and that I can review recorded footage from when the camera recognises a humanoid object in the frame (make sure you position your camera in a way that is less likely to catch passer-bys or, trees (as it can end up thinking long trees are a human) if you turn on motion/human object recognisance and also play around with the sensitivity meter, make sure its not too high or too low, I had to turn mine down to 16 and it works perfectly). You can also pick between SD and HD. I think that's everything!
