These work so well!!! They actually taste good compared to other brands I’ve tired. I haven’t experienced any crazy side effects from these. About 30 mins after taking one I am fighting for my life to stay awake. Definitely recommend!

Dangerously good, I’m taking the 3 mg it seems to help I take mine a couple hours before I don’t know if I feel like it works quickly, but it’s definitely been helping. I may go to a higher dose. I don’t feel groggy after. They taste so good that you almost want to keep eating them, which is nice but I do worry if you have children make sure to keep them out of reach. It is not a child proof container.

My husband and I use this nightly! No weird dreams and calms us both as we unwind from the day. Very challenging finding melatonin that is not 10 mg as it’s too much!!! Being a senior, I often have trouble falling or staying asleep. I asked my doctor about melatonin and she said they are safe when taking the right amount. Sorry, but these didn’t work for me! I now use the magnesium pills and Asutra lotion. They work pretty much, but I am like many others afraid of sleeping pills because of dependency!
