I noticed in other reviews, customers complained about the spray nozzle. I found it very simple to use.1. Remove the clear cap.2. Very carefully twist the cap and gently twist the nozzle to preference.3. Shake well and spray.

I don't recieve any benefits from using this,it may work well for others though. Every body is different

Lung cleansing spray
This product does exactly what it says, cleanses the lungs. The bottle has a straw, it’s easy functional, however, I thought it had a removable cap. You just lift the attached straw upward and insert into the back of the throat and spray…I have been using it for a few days now and am happy I gave it a try.

Spray nozzle is broken so couldn't use
I was so excited to try this due to having COPD and wasn't able to use because it was broken when it arrived and in order to get it replaced I have to send this one back and I have no transportation to drop it off so I guess people with disability that can't get out and about are stuck with product we can't use. So disappointing
