304 STAINLESS NIPPLES: OVERVIEW: This is a set of 304 one inch nipples. SETUP: The nipples are easy to connect to other 304 sanitary pipes and fittings as they are threaded male NPT. THE DETAILS: This nipple arrived in beautiful condition, with all mating surfaces smooth ready to go. 304 STAINLESS STEEL: 304 is an alloy of iron, carbon, chromium and nickel. It is an austenitic stainless steel, and is therefore not magnetic. THREAD BASICS: FPT stands for female pipe thread. MPT stands for male pipe thread. NPT stands for National Pipe Thread which is a standard. IN USE: The nipples are easy to connect and disconnect to other fittings, and I am using mine for a whole house smart pump. FINAL NOTE: I can recommend these as they look great and work great.

Great product
This is an excellent item that fills my needs. The only thing is that I only received 1 instead of 2. The item bag was cut so I assumed the missing pipe was accidentally lost. I'm not writing a negative review because this is the first time anything has ever been missing or wrong. I plan on ordering more of this item.
