I sleep on my front with my arms up by my head on a super firm mattress. I have always struggled to find a pillow that does not give me back or neck problems due to my head being tilted upwards too much while I'm in my preferred sleeping position. I tried sleeping without a pillow but I felt my head needed a little support. To cope, I always ended up flattening a pillow at one side in order to find a comfortable position which isn't the best. My wife had invested in a fancy (expensive) new memory foam pillow (which doesn't suit me at all) so I thought I would try and look for one for myself. This pillow is terrific and has completely fixed all my sleeping comfort problems. It is thin, flat and firm with just enough give, making it perfect for me! My head now gets the right support and I don't have to fiddle about with it at all. Here's to better sleep and no more neck / back ache. Great price too!

My dream pillow! I've had the same disgusting pillow for years and years because i couldn't find a new one tging enough for me. I took a chance on this one and so glad i did. It's thin, its firm but not too firm. I sleep on my side in a superman position with a pillow between my arm and head and it's perfect for that 👍 getting less headaches and neck ache now

I sleep either on my front or on my side with my arm under the pillow and I've struggled with normal pillows as they are just too thick and it gives me neck pain. I thought I'd try Amazon to see they have any thin pillows and they have lots. I tried 2 different types and this one is perfect. I actually look forward to going to bed as this pillow is thin but also really comfortable. It's machine washable so I have bought another one for when the other one is being washed.

After quite a long search for a flatter pillow to ease my neck pain, I stumbled across this one. Since using it, I’ve noticed an improvement in my sleep quality, with less need to take painkillers before bed. The pillow has a lovely soft outer lining, and the density works well for me; supportive enough to stay comfortable through the night. It’s also easy to travel with, able to fit into my suitcase without taking up much space. This has been a good find, and works for both home and away.

Arrived all scrunched up, and when unpacked seemed to be thicker at one end than the other. However, a bit of vigorous shaking evened things up nicely. I bought this to go under a memory foam pillow to add a little bit of height - and in this respect it's proven to be perfect. It's thin enough to raise the pillow slightly - but more importantly firm enough to maintain support. I'm happy :)
