Not really noticed any changes at all, not sure if they just don't work on me or everyone who's making them out to be miracle pills is exaggerating. Going to take for another week, if still nothing they'll be going in the bin. Taste alright but may as well be a jelly baby for the benefits I've experienced so far

From my pov, these are intended to provide energy and promote well being.To be honest, I didn't detect any benefit in using them. Having said that, they are considerably cheaper than some on sale and the blackberry flavour is pleasant.
