These are great. I'm a dog walker and some days my feet ache. I put these on after work today and felt so much relief. They stay cold for about 30 minutes. I'm a shoe size 8.5-9 and the medium fit perfectly. If you have a bigger foot, I would get the larger size.

They deliver great results. Only 2 hours in my freezer and they are cold, very cold! I would deffinetly buy these again. Best product I've bought in a long time

I purchased this ice sock as an alternative for an ice pack for my ankle surgery. I like that you can velcro it on and it stays in place as ice packs usually do not. I wear a size 7.5 shoe and it fits well and covers my ankle. A larger foot it may not cover your ankle and/or fit comfortably. It is convenient to use and chills quickly in the freezer. The reason for not giving it a 5 star rating is because it only stays cold for about 15 minutes. I do like the product and would recommend it.

Its amazing when frozen. But I wont be heating it again because while it keeps heat fine it let off a spell that stuck to me for a good while. But its amazing when frozen and I will definatly be getting a second one.

I have arthritis in my ankles and deal with a lot of swelling. I found these Ice Socks and thought it was worth a try. This was the Best Buy ever! They have the wrap to help keep them in place. You keep them in the freezer so the ice packs stay cold about 20 mins, very effective for swelling. Very thick and durable as well. I will share a picture to show coverage. Excellent product for the money! I definitely recommend!

I am so glad that I found these. I have been using ice packs that I've had to tie around my feet. Now I can put these on and they wrap around every part of my foot and ankle.

I rolled both ankles on our Japan vacation. When I returned to US I had a boot on one foot and a foot sleeve on the other. Wearing these all day were so exhausting. I purchased these ice pack socks and they are so refreshing and healing to my feet. I use only cold method. I am a size 6.5 in womens shoe size and these fit perfectly. There is stretch room for larger feet size.

Excellent product for the feet - been using two icepacks to cover the entire foot- this product is much easier and a great idea. Need this to supplement therapy for torn ligaments on ankle and repetitive sprains.

Overall well made and good fit. Wears like thick socks so is very easy to slip on and secure with the Velcro straps. Have used this daily for about a week, however, notice that the gel fill is starting to ooze out☹️.

I sprained my foot when I fell, yes my foot not my ankle but side of foot because my foot went sideways when I fell. I used it only for the Ice pack part. Because the sprain was on the outside it was hard to put an ice pack on it without it falling off and uncomfortable if I tried to sit with my foot sideways. This is perfect as it is easy to wear and covers all of your foot. Suggest that you follow directions exactly for maximum comfort. I highly recommend this product.
