Seems well made, but a big flaw
Seems well constructed. I had to replace the insert with a more supportive one. The zipper is simply on the wrong side of the shoe. It’s much easier to completely close it if it were on the inside. It isn’t easy to pull and the placement of the zipper on the shoe’s outside makes it a lot harder.

Failed zip!
Very comfortable, stylish and supportive. My rheumatologist liked them a lot. Because of the recent heat waves I’ve only worn them about half a dozen times so was very disappointed recently that one of the zips failed. Given the time since purchase can’t return them so got a quote from Timpsons for £39 to repair failed zip. Other repairers didn’t want to know. Reluctantly I’ve gone for a repair as they are very good shoes in every other respect and I expect to get good use from them. I wonder if they were seconds or rejects offloaded on Amazon.
