I’ve had an excellent experience with this company’s customer service. I originally wrote a less than stellar review after my first dish drain broke. I only had it about 8 months and a part of it came apart at one of the welded areas. When I first got it, I noticed it was a bit wonky when I initially took it out of the box. It fit together ok and I didn’t think it warranted a return as I really liked the design and it seems sturdy enough. It worked well until the top rack came apart at the weld and the top rack was no longer stable or useable. I honestly didn’t realize that there was a 1 year warranty so I figured the whole thing was a loss. I gave it a low rating in my review and figured that was it. Within 24 hours I was contacted by Sunly customer service offering to make it right. I received a message from Tiffany, one of their customer service representatives. She informed me that there was a 1 year warranty on my dish drain and that they’d be happy to replace my broken one. She was very helpful and kind.I just received the new dish drain today and put it together. It’s great; it was easy to assemble, fit together perfectly and is rock solid. It looks nice and it holds a lot of dishes. I’m very impressed with the product and especially the customer service experience. I would highly recommend this product; it’s well made, looks nice and the customer service is top notch. They stand behind their product and honor the warranty. I really appreciated how quickly Tiffany resolved my issue.

Best dish drainer I’ve owned. It’s very sturdy as I put my cast iron on it. I love how it is two shelves and has a big gap at the bottom. Easy to put together. It can adjust to the counter space you have. Worth the money to me! I can store a lot of my dishes on there and it does not tip over.

This dish rack has quite a bit of room I just wish the top was just a couple of inches taller. Its sturdy and does its job.
