I came across these about a year ago by accident and they have made such a difference in helping with my leg length discrepancy. After numerous surgeries over the last 5 years, I realized my right leg is shorter than my left. I can't begin to tell you how helpful these heel lifts have been. I use them in my slippers, boots, tennis shoes and, I just put a pair in my sandals. I wear my slippers a lot and noticed that the inserts have worn down and needed to be replaced. These are very well made and lasted about a year in my slippers. The heel lifts are made with a non-slip design and are lightweight. They are made with durable material and have a strong adhesive glue that allows you to switch them between shoes. I prefer to use a set in each pair of slippers and tennis shoes; however, I don't mind switching them from my boots to my sandals. Again, they have really made such a difference with my leg length discrepancy.

They move around in the shoes. Layers separate. Requires constant adjustment. Otherwise, it is a good product.

One of my husbands legs is shorter that the other one due to a car wreck injury. I have to put both in one boot but they are the perfect hight. They are really soft and airy. He says they are better than the ones he got from the doctor. They are made with moisture resistant quick drying materials. They almost feel like microfiber suede but they arent. A really lucky find. Real good and fair price. 5 stars.

I’m dealing with an injured tendon in my ankle, so I have been advised to wear heel lifts to take the pressure off the tendon. I wear them in both shoes so I don’t unbalance my gait. These are as nice as any that I have purchased. They are easily adjustable downward by taking a layer out. I wear them under the insoles of my shoes, and the adhesive keeps them firmly in place. The cushioning is very comfortable.

These inserts are extremely comfortable. I can wear these in my shoes and they don’t hurt or feel awkward. They’re made for all day and will fit most shoes. The adjustable lifts are a plus for any foot or ankle issue. I’ve had several inserts and these are the ones I will wear daily.

I ordered these because I have a new pair of shoes that have thin soles and are a little larger in the heel. These are comprised of three layers. If you have arch support in the shoe, they might work. My shoes had a flat sole and when I tried these insolves, or made my heel way too high. It did the job for comfort on the heel but just was not wearable.I have removed two of the layers, and it works now. However, it is not nearly as comfortable as before. In addition, these are not machine washable. If you need them for sneakers or other shoes you wash, these insoles cannot be washed. At almost $13, I think this set is pricey for what you get.

These are nice adjustable heel lift inserts that allow you to customize them according to your needs. They seem to be of good quality, and they are comfortable. They are nice for people who have one leg that is slightly longer than the other or for those who don't distribute their weight evenly between their feet. My chiropractor told me to wear one in one of my shoes, and it seems to be working well. Due to only needing one, I am able to use these in two different pairs of shoes. I am pleased with these heel lift inserts.
