A very good product

The insulation quality is poor. Temperature inside is not maintained for more than 3 hrs. Condensation happens from outside the case. Also as the case is having fabric outer surface, the whole outer surface becomes wet. Not reliable for insulin storage.

Average product. Cannot keep cold more than few hours (2-3 Hours)

The outer case gets wet after sometime. My daughter’s books got wet due to it when she carried this in her school bag.trying to return this but they aren’t taking it back. No return no replacement. So now i am disappointed.
