Comfortable
The first hook I order from here broke within 3 weeks of using it. I contacted the seller and it was replaced. I've been using the replacement hook since I got it & it works amazing! I had a very similar hook for years until my aunts dog chewed it up. I was so happy to find this one, it's just like the last one I had and helps with hand cramps. Love that the hooks are interchangeable.

No more hand aggravation!!!
This is a great option for anyone who crochets. As I’ve started doing finer crochet projects with thread I noticed the smaller steel hooks were shorter than regular yarn hooks and dug into my hand. I’ve tried several options and have been happiest with this product. It is easy to use, easy to hold, and has the appropriate hook sizes for my doily/thread projects.

Great for hand pain!
Nice, small set I carry in a zipper bag.Pros: Feels great in my palm for knife hold.Cons: Not a matching set. No case included; it's hard to find a suitable holder for the oddly sized handle. No support for additional hooks. The knitdom website seems to be long closed down. Knitdom FaceBook is a religious page.Pluses: Works with my Katech 8 pcs Ergonomic Crochet Hooks and Boye interchangeable steel hooks. Now I want to find others that will work all together like this!

I like it, but there are some issues.
*UPDATE* One if the hooks came off of the pin that attaches it to the handle the very first time I tried to use that hook. Replacements are just about impossible to find, as are other sizes. Overall, a potentially great product but with no options for expansion or replacement. I have also found that the hooks are very pointed on the top, which splits my yarn horribly, and the throat is very tapered, so I have some difficulty with them. I'm exploring the idea of altering my own hooks to fit the handle.I love the warmer feel of the wooden egg shaped handle, and my hand doesn't cramp or go numb nearly as much as it did before. I was having a lot of trouble with my fingers and hands and couldn't crochet for more than a minute or two without feeling pins and needles or cramps in my hands. This helps a lot! My only complaint is that the larger size hooks are a bit too long for my liking. It's a little awkward to use with those at first. The smaller sizes are perfect, but the two larger sizes are just too long for me. The egg could be a little bigger, but it works great as it is! I have another ergonomic hook holder, but it's a rubbery type material, so everything sticks to it including fiber from the yarn I'm working with, and it just doesn't feel nice to work with. This one feels warm and comfortable! I'm glad I bought it!

Where are the larger hooks?
The crochet system seems well made and much easier to use than a typical hook. I am unhappy to find that the larger hooks promised on the Knitdom.com Facebook page are not available for purchase anywhere. The kit without larger hooks is virtually useless to me. I have tried to contact the company directly on more than one occasion with no response....not at all happy with my purchase.

Worth every penny.
I have quite a hook collection and I love the feel of this in my hand. It may not be for everyone but fits my grip style perfectly. It eases my hand pain and lets me crochet longer then regular hooks.

I can't use this for a project I already started ...
I can't use this for a project I already started because my crochet is much looser with this. I may start a new project with it sometime and I would just have to use the next smaller hook I guess.

Wonderful crochet hook base & good variety of hooks. Very comfortable to use.
Absolutely LOVE this crochet hook! The wood is warm for arthritic hands, & the shape fits perfectly in your palm. Also love having such a good variety of hook sizes that are small & easily transported. The larger-sized hooks are a separate order but well worth it.
