We purchased two of these beds for our sons, ages 11 and 12. They're both big boys (5'4" and around 150 lbs each), so I wanted something sturdy that wouldn't start squeaking after a few weeks. So far, these beds have exceeded my expectations. The quality is surprisingly good for the price. All of the materials felt sturdy, the pieces fit together well, and the finished beds feel very solid. One thing that impressed me immediately was how heavy the bed components were. These are not lightweight, flimsy beds. Once assembled, they feel substantial and extremely stable. Even with two growing boys who aren't exactly known for being gentle on furniture, the beds don't wobble, shift, squeak, or creak when sitting, laying down, or climbing in and out. The hydraulic storage compartment works smoothly and isn't difficult to lift or close, and the extra storage space underneath is a huge bonus. The LED lights are a hit with my boys. I love that you can change them to practically any color, and the fact that they pulse to music or TV sounds is pretty cool. My only issue was that one fabric panel was missing a staple, so I had to reattach it myself. Now for the assembly... the instructions were clear, but wow, it took forever. It took me about 5 hours to assemble one bed. My husband, who could probably build furniture in his sleep, finished the second in about 4 hours. By hour four, I was questioning all my life choices. Do yourself a favor and use a battery-powered drill with a hex bit. Your hands will thank you. Overall, we're very happy with these beds and would definitely recommend them.

This frame is awesome. instructions are easy to follow. I was able to make this by myself though it would have shaved off a hour or so to have another set of hands. the struts are great and i can one hand it with very little effort. I recommend spending time when un packing to organize parts by number so you can grab them quickly. if you have a drill/driver to help you, your wrists will thank you. but you will need hex bits and either long neck bits or a 90 degree. just don't torque them down too tight until a last pass when its all done before you add the mattress. the faux leather looks great and is easy to wipe down but i wouldn't use it if you are prone to wearing surfaces or have snag hazards. it may rip rather easily. great price for what you get. make sure you use the velcro to secure the led wires on the foot of the bed traveling to the head. so much storage space. maybe 3x the amount of drawers and large containers fit great.

We have had the bed for 6 months now. My daughter is 7 and sleeps in it every night. She loves having the space for her little Knick knacks and important things in the cubby’s. I love the space under the bed for hiding the next seasons clothing. I have the rolling under bed bins and they fit. I am able to use the lift with the mattress and bedding still on it. The bed is very stable and at a great height for kids. It is heavy when trying to move alone but it can be done. The lights are bright but the kids sleep with them on all the time. Putting the bed together took me a few hours alone. The part that frustrated me was the lift system. It was difficult to get it tightened at just the right spot to get it to lay flat. I don’t believe I got it right but after having the mattress on it for a couple of days it stayed in the correct position. I did use power tools. There’s so many screws. I would buy this bed again. In fact I did for my other daughter 😂

Okay this bed is a pain I the a$$ to put together. I would definitely suggest having 2 people, to make things easier. It took a few hours and the directions were pretty good. Everything is labeled, but be careful because some stickers are on the wrapping. Now I will say that the effort was definitely worth it for the outcome. The bed is amazingly sturdy, the lift works amazing, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Make sure when you push the lift down for the first time thay you push where the strap goes on the front of the frame right in the middle. There is a warning in the booklet, but it doesn't feel natural if this is your first ever lift bed. The lights were easy to hook up and the only ones you have to install yourself are on the headboard and they stick really good. I've already recommended the bed to a few friends and family members. The quality is off the charts for such a great price.

LOVE THE BEDS AND WE PURCHASED 2. WORK EXCELLENT LOOKS AWESOME AND STURDY!! Time consuming and first bed took an entire day!! Mechanically incline as well and tech savvy!! Second one took 3hrs firing on all cylinders!! But well worth it!!! That’s why I gave 4 instead of 5!!! Installation is not easy guys!! But finished product I’m happy so instead of 0 on installations and the 1000 parts because it’s in parts geeeeze it is!! 10 on product and sturdy and looks nice and not cheap looking or built!! So I’m happy with 4 stars!!

In love with this bedframe! Perfect for storage. The lights have different brightness levels and plenty of color choices. Enough to dimly light the room! Makes absolutely no noise and the lift has given me no issues! My mattress is pretty heavy and it doesn’t give out. It will take a few hours to build though, but easy instructions.

Very nice bed and me and my daughter put it together in about 6 hrs!!! Never did anything close to this and my husband didn't think us girls could do it!!!! So it's very simple, lots of parts and follow directions step by step. We tightened a few screws that we thought would be ok but had to unsightly, so yea. But very sturdy like the reviews state. She loves it. Now we have to do dresser, lol.

i like the quality of this bed — it feels sturdy and looks clean once it’s set up.it’s storage underneath, 3 charging ports and different lights fulfill my needs. But to be honest, the assembly took me a full day. The instructions were clear, just a lot of pieces. After it’s done, the bed is solid and comfortable. Overall, good value if you don’t mind spending time on setup.

I was looking for a bed frame that looked modern but was also functional, and this hits all the marks. Bought this on sale and I'm very impressed. The lift-up hydraulic system works smoothly and provides a ton of storage underneath for my travel bags and organizers. Warning: The bed will probably take a full day to assemble, even if you’re used to assembling furniture. Make sure you have an electric screwdriver/drill set to make things faster. Make sure to leave screws a little loose until you’re 100% sure the pieces are oriented correctly and then tighten after each step. The manual doesn’t specify when to tighten. The bed looks and feels really great, and there’s no creaking sounds. It’s sturdy and the upholstery feels like quality. First few days of using it, so will try to update if anything changes.
