I have had a stain on my sofa for quite awhile and tried to get the stain out with several products with no luck. I looked on Amazon to see which stain remover was the best for oil stains and Sunbrella Extract Oil Stain Remover seemed to be the one with the best reviews. I tried it out on my sofa and it worked like magic. I definitely recommend this product if you have any problems with oil based stains. A great product!

We had a 6-month old cooking oil stain on our couch. After 3 applications of this product, it was still there, so I called Sunbrella. The agent suggested treating it with a product called Greased Lightening ($6), then trying another application of the Sunbrella Oil Remover. After 1 application of the Greased Lightening, the stain was gone! I don’t know if it was the Greased Lightening that ultimately solved it, or the combination or the two products. I had Zero expectations because we’ve let our cushions get stained and dingy. However, after vacuuming, the fabric looked brighter, cleaner & fresher. The stains remained, but were faded. I bought more because I ran out. I would recommend if you just want normal maintenance, are realistic, and not expect a miracle.

Wow this stuff works great! I used on my sunbrella sectional from Costco and it removed the stain about 95%. My husband laid on one of the cushions with some kind of ointment on his ear and I thought the couch was going to be stained forever. Sprayed it on and it dried after a few minutes, then vacuumed up the powder and now it’s good as new. This was even after I already tried washing it initially with dawn soap and water when the stain first happened a week ago. Very excited to have this product!

We ended up with some stains on our Sunbrella fabric umbrella from an unknown origin. The stains appeared to be oily in nature. We just are not certain what caused them. They are significant in size. While this spray seemed to lighten them slightly, the stains remain visible. The product is pricy for a 5 oz can which was barely enough to cover the stains once. The directions state you may need more than one application. There wasn't enough left to put on a second application after covering once.

UPDATE: I tried to use this product on another stain and found out that the propellant escaped from the can so it was impossible to use. The product itself works great, but consider it as a single-use product. At its current price, it would be better to have your fabric professionally cleaned. I spilled olive on a chair that was upholstered with Sunbrella fabric. I first tried to put baking soda on the stain as this was the preferred remedy detailed in all my Google searches. Some of the olive oil came out but the majority did not. I decided to give the Sunbrella Extract Oil Stain Remover a try. I applied it, left it on until dry and vacuumed it up. The stain was gone. I challenged my wife to see where the stain was and she could not. This can saved me lots of headaches and calls to commercial upholstery cleaners near me.

We just finished building an outdoor patio complete with outdoor grill and griddle as well as a dining set with sunbrella fabric. We were cooking bacon on the griddle the grease accidentally hit some water and caused a horrible mess spraying bacon grease everywhere, including onto some of the cushions of our new furniture. We were upset the furniture was damaged before we ever even sat in it. I did some research and called Sunbrella. They gave me a couple of suggestions and said if those products did not work, this might. The other products did nothing so I ordered this. It was incredibly easy to apply, waited for it to turn into a white powder and then vacuumed it up - all ther grease was gone. The two picttures show you a before and after. Highly recommended.

OMG THIS HAS SAVED MY LIFE. We have a headboard with Sunbrella fabric - a few weeks back my kid decided to paint oily Cerave lotion all over our headboard. I truly thought the fabric was ruined as several other cleaners made no dent on the greasy stains. I bought this + Sunbrella multi purpose clean and my headboard is as good as new ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
