Excellent expandable memory for your PS5. Good price and performance

Just installed this the other day in my PS5 after watching a tube of you video. Physical installation was super simple, and the PS5 picked it up and installed it immediately when I turned to power on. So far, it works great. I got the 4TB version, and while the read speed is less than what Sony says the PS5 needs for proper communication with the SSD, I have yet to run into any problems. We’ll see what happens when GTA6 comes out. Hopefully things will be just fine!

Perfect, nice price, no issues, came with heat sink

I wanted to expand my PS5 storage without paying too much and I caught this on sale under $200. Though it says with heatsink, you have to apply it on yourself. How to apply it is not covered in the instructions included in the box. I had to watch their video on the product page on Amazon. As instructed in the video, before you apply, the thermal tape, you have to take off a "Move Speed" graphic logo sticker which was actually stuck on pretty well. It almost peeled off underneath it a qr code sticker on the drive that said "warranty voided if removed.". Why have that graphic sticker in the first place then? Then the thermal tape provided sticks really strong so make sure you get it on the hard drive as perfect as possible because of its adhesiveness you may not get another chance. The same goes when you apply the heatsink to the thermal tape. I've used a generic heatsink for another drive and the thermal tape provided with the generic one was not as sticky as the one provided with this one. Once I plugged it into PS5 and booted it up and formatted the drive, it gave me a read speed of 6551MB/s. It seems to be running well so far. I have already installed data and games and ran them with no problems. I would have gave it 5 stars, but having to apply the heatsink myself and the method to do so seemed tedious.

Easy to install in my PS5, worked exactly as described and now I have plenty of room for more games. And because of the way Sony read the hard drive, I got an additional 41 GB of space above and beyond the 2 TB capacity. Really happy with this purchase.

I recently purchased the MOVE SPEED HB7450 1TB SSD with heatsink for my PS5, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Installation was straightforward—just followed Sony’s step-by-step guide, and the drive fit perfectly into the expansion slot. The pre-installed heatsink is a big plus, saving me the trouble of attaching one separately. Once formatted, the PS5 recognized the drive immediately, and I was able to move and play games off it with no issues. Load times are just as fast as the internal storage—if there's any difference, I honestly can't tell. I’ve installed several larger titles (like Call of Duty and Spider-Man) and they run flawlessly. The build quality feels solid, and temperatures have remained stable even during extended play sessions. For the price, this is an excellent value compared to some of the more well-known brands, especially considering it meets all the PS5 specs (PCIe Gen4, over 5500 MB/s read speed, heatsink included). Highly recommended if you need more space for your PS5 without compromising performance.

For the posted price I bought it at ($255) it is definitely worth the value, loads really fast, slightly over 2tb of usable space which is awesome, clear instructions on how to install heatsink and overall great quality, haven't had any issues and I've used it on some really hot days with no issues at all, time will tell but so far it's been a great choice.
