Received some for Mothers Day and it was so delicious I wanted more, so ordered the option for just the cheeses. At first glance I thought they wouldn't last long, but luckily decided to grate one edge a bit first, then used my cheese scraper, and they lasted much longer. I cut the wax coating on one flat side, and the rest of the wax lifts off easily as it's quite thick. An excellent gift for someone who doesn't want gadgets or wearables or something for the charity shop. Try it!

Does anyone remember when cheese was sharp when you ate it and pulled a face because it sucked the moisture from your mouth? Even the labeled cheese today is a plastic monstrosity that is only jokingly labelled "mature". This is the real deal. Strong, actually tastes of something. It deserves the awards it has won. Really, genuinely brilliant. It lost a point on presentation because the wax is a pain to remove. That's the only criticism I can make.

It's nice, but easy to not realise just how small the product is for the price they're asking.
