Firm, strong & durable bag but would be nicer with an inside pouch like most packs..I miss that handy feature.

It is not waterproof and this should be stated.
Return the bag as it was not in the quality as expected. It is not waterproof and this should be stated. I expect travel luggage to be waterproof. Waste of money now on this item.
