The edges are burned
I am not Jewish, so I am not sure if the process of making these cause them to be burned around the edges, and that's the way they are supposed to be, but it makes them taste like burned crackers. A plus is they weren't broken up as some customers said their's arrived. There was only one or two that were. I think the price is great for the amount I received. They were fresh and not stale. Overall they are not bad. I will just break the edges off and eat the center. I haven't yet discovered all that I can do with them; what toppings I can put on them. I honestly ordered them because I wanted to see what the Matzah used for Passover tastes like. I think this is something that I would buy again.
