It's okay
The sound quality of calls on my end are just Okay, not great. However, people on the other end say I sound very good and clear. Also, not thrilled with the stiff microphone arm. I would prefer that it was a type that could bend. The mute switch works nicely and I appreciate that. All in all, it's an okay unit and I'll keep it. I'm sure if I wanted to spend 2x more for a unit, I could find one with better design.

Works great with wireless handset
Works just fine. The mic boom does not adjust but, it has not been a problem. Everyone can hear me just fine. The volume/mute control on the cord is huge! If small things are hard to see, this headset won't be a problem.
