Ah! What relief!
I have plantar fasciitis where my feet hurt often. Whenever I use this cream, I get instant relief. It is quick and last a good amount of time. I'm glad I tried it. Well worth the money.

Reduce the smell and burning by adding Lidocaine cream
It does smell strong and burns a little at first. My formula: 50% this product and 50% Lidocaine cream. The little bit of numbing you get from Lidocaine adds to the benefits of this product and reduces the smell and burning. It works well for me to help take the edge off of back pain.

UPDATE: UPDATE Pros and cons
**update: I have tried several other products after writing this first review. Unfortunately, I haven't found one yet that works quite as well as this for me personally. I try not to use (because it's Advil and I am suppose to stay away from Ibuprofen, and the cream burns my face and everywhere else because I am not smart enough to wash my hands carefully after use, and the Tube is kind of small. BUT, I have found that when it's the middle of the night and I'm suffering without sleep it does calm my leg down so that I can finally sleep. I had knee replacement and am just finding out some of the "maybe" side effects: like knee pain in your legs in the middle of the night. So if you have wandered around all night like me wishing there was an answer this might help. BUT NOTE: it doesn't have the best of smells....but when I'm finally asleep I don't seem to care! *** Love/hate with this. I have had a knee replacement. I'm around 6 weeks: doing pretty good but sometimes at night (maybe all the exercise I do) I can't sleep because my knee is throbbing. I have tried a few things: this was one item. It did help some, and I have used it several times. However, the smell is just so strong I can't stand it for long. I wish they could do something about the intensity of the smell. DO NOT GET IT ON YOUR HANDS: unless you know you will not rub your eyes or get it anywhere near your face. Gloves are good to use. Not too expensive and it is Ibuprofen. Maybe worth a try. But for me it just didn't work enough to keep using.

i tried icy hot and bio freeze and do think this works better for my aching knees

Came on time
This didn't work as well as I had hoped but I still recommend it. I gave it to a friend who says it worked perfect for them. I just have pain that can't be fixed w topical creams.

Strong minty smell but works well
MINTY SMELL. smells very strong menthol. you will not be able to put this cream on without everyone in the room knowing something minty was rubbed on. Smells like straight up toothpaste. BUT IT WORKS. It doesn't make pain go away instantly but i rub it on my back before I go to bed and when I wake up/stand up I am not in the intense pain I feel without the cream. I don't find any issues with greasiness or residue and it works the whole night for me. Make sure you wash your hands after applying because it will BURN if you accidentally itch your eyes/etc hours later.
