Works like a champ. Bought this dashcam for me and my girlfriend. Total lifesaver when someone crashed into the side of her car. Someone tried to say she was at fault but when she provided both front and rear cam footage, it told another story. 1000/10 would recommend to help with insurance claims. This cam has worked flawlessly and would recommend it to anyone out there. Save yourself from stressful situations and get this cam for peace of mind while driving! Perfect size and fit. Super long cable for rear dash cam. App easy to use. Easy install.

Muy buena calidad de grabación respecto a la cámara delantera, eso si, siempre estará trabajando a mucha temperatura, para la cámara trasera es horrible la imagen pero que quede claro que no es precisamente por una mala calidad, es realmente por otros factores que no había considerado y que pues al final no se pudo aprovechar todo el potencial de la cámara trasera: el auto donde puse la cámara trasera es un sedán, entonces aspectos como inclinación de cristal + película antiasalto + líneas desempañadoras + lluvia del medallón terminan distorsionando y oscureciendo la imagen trasera, estoy 100 seguro que en una suv o hatchback el resultado de la imagen sería realmente mejor

I have one of the Vantrue dash cams on my motorcycle for a couple of years and love it. I was asked by Vantrue to review this unit and agreed based on my experience with their other product. This dashcam was not difficult to install. It came with clear cling type adhesives to put on the windows first so that the more permanent adhesive on the mounts would not damage the glass or be difficult to remove later. I liked that the 12V power adapter had built-in USB ports so that if you had existing USB chargers in your 12V cigarette lighter socket, you could replace them with this power adapter and still be able to charge your USB devices. I was concerned that it would be difficult to route the rear camera wire to my back window. I have a 2018 F150 pickup truck, and it ended up being pretty easy. There was a console mounted to my windshield that I could easily pop the cover from and route the wire through. Then I ran it along the ceiling trim over to the door frame. I had to only remove one trim panel piece with a couple of screws and the rest of the routing was as simple as tucking the wire behind the interior trim. I was pleasantly surprised. The picture quality is determined by the resolution selected. You can have a full-resolution front camera only or choose lower resolutions for the rear and front cameras or the rear, interior, and front cameras. This was a little disappointing because I expected all cameras to be at full resolution at the same time when recording. The one other complaint is that it did not come with a memory card. I tried to use a memory card from an existing dashcam but kept getting an error that it was too slow. So, you will need a sufficiently fast memory card for this camera. Thankfully, they are not expensive for smaller cards. I like that whenever there is a sudden movement on the vehicle, it will trigger to keep the recording. I think the intention is to keep recordings if you are in an accident or if someone hits the vehicle. It is a bit sensitive and triggers whenever I hit a pothole or speed bump but I imagine that can be adjusted in the settings if I wanted to. The app is pretty good. It allows you to connect via WiFi to the camera to view the recordings and if you want, to download them to the phone. I use the same app for the motorcycle dash cam, and it's pretty good. I had previously used a less expensive dashcam from Costco that was OK, but this one is much nicer and has nicer features as well as higher resolution. I'm happy that Vantrue offered the unit for me to review, and I'm happy with the product. I would definitely recommend this specific camera as well as the brand. Great product

La marca Vantrue me gusta y la recomiendo. Especialmente este modelo fue fácil de instalar (dentro del auto y a nivel SW en el móvil). Puedo decir que de forma general la imagen (tanto en formato video y fotografía) es bueno, pero me gustaría una mayor nitidez.
