The cooking surface was as described. Food slide right off, but you do need to use a small amount of oil or butter to prep surface. Only 4 stars because the outside finish came right off. The color scraped off and I was very careful taking out of oven. The pan did warp from the heat but returned to flat. Not sure if will become warped after several uses. Don’t put in dishwasher. Nice weight to baking sheets.

My wife got these but I’m not sold. 1month in and they’re already scratched and chipped on the coating and EXTREMELY LIGHT use, like I heated up leftover pizza and garlic knots and HAND WASHED only. Not happy for the high-end price. This is exactly why I don’t buy “non-stick” pans anymore. Even though the non stick on these is amazing, it doesn’t justify the cost and the poor coating quality. Will seek better alternatives in price range (they made stainless steel sheet pans for similar cost). Wouldn’t buy again… ever.
