Water-Resistant Laptop Backpack for Men Anti-Theft fits up to 15.6 inch Laptop

Let me start off by saying this isn't a paid review or whatever; I bought the backpack of my own accord. I was impressed by this backpack enough to leave another pleb review in case you're dubious about the fact half of the reviews are sponsored. Anyways, this backpack is actually fantastic. THE LOOK I spent forever looking for a swanky canvas bag but I realized if I wanted to give my massive Acer laptop any kind of protection I'd have to settle for a laptop backpack, which generally don't look super nice. And yet, this one does! Everything about it is sleek and somehow even when crammed full of notebooks, chargers, pencil holders, my gargantuan laptop, and a tablet to boot, it stays slim! I ordered the 17" bag and expected it to look cartoonishly lyrics long but somehow it manages to still retain a sleek professional kind of look. THE EXTERIOR Rain proof, awesome bottle holders that can be zipped/unzipped to let you securely hold pretty much any water bottle size you want (I find these are essentially for on-campus days). Two very large flat exterior compartments let you hold your random stuff (For short trips they're perfect toiletry compartments but you can easily fit pencils or calculators in there without adding extra bulk). The back of this bag is padded in such a way it doesn't feel like it's awkwardly poking into your back, and the straps are also very nicely padded. As a plus it also has that cross clip thing on the front. THE INTERIOR My chief reason for getting the back was for laptop protection, and holy crap does it protect. They have this grid of thick foam-like armor along the interior AND bottom of the laptop compartment. It has its own sort of sleeve that can be adjusted to close snugly around a tablet or widened for your laptop. At 17", I could fit my Acer and it's 16" sleeve pretty snugly. The top isn't as incredibly protected but the very thick quality zipper goes right over it, so I haven't really considered it much of a flaw. In the main compartment with the laptop area there's still room for all 6 of my notebooks and more to spare. The second compartment has two skinny pencil sleeves (I use them for stylus pens) and two larger pouches (One can comfortably hold a folded up charger and the other can hold a mouse with some room to spare). And of course there'a even more baggage space to be had! OVERALL If you're on the fence for this backpack, don't be. It's a steal at $60 with the amount of armor it gives your laptop, and it's a fantastic backpack in all other regards to boot. It's slim, sleek, waterproof, has plenty of interior storage space, and has got your water bottle holders covered (Which I find very few laptop bags even have). It's a quality bag that'll last you through daily use for quite a while.

I use this bag as my go to travel bag as well as my everyday backpack. It works very nice for bringing my laptop/lunch to and from work every day. But, this bag really does well when you use it for travel. The back laptop compartment fully opens up so you can quickly get through security at airports even if they have you remove your laptop completely. Then there are three additional compartments on the front. One is very large and you can easily fit one to two days of cloths in there. There are two additional smaller compartments on the front for smaller things, but they also hold a lot. There is also a compartment on the lower back that you can put wallet/money/passport if you are walking around and don't want those things to be somewhere they can easily be stolen. I also like the two water bottle holders on each side. They are big enough to fit my 32oz nalgene bottles. Overall, I'm very happy with this bag and use it all the time. So, far, there is zero wear and I've had zero issues with any of the zippers. Which is great because I'm not super gentle with my bags and I've used this one a lot over the last year and a half.

This is the 2nd TigerNu laptop backpack we have bought. The first one we have bought 2 years ago is a different model and still in use and in excellent shape. The nice thing about this particular brand is that the actual item you receive actually looks 100% like the pics showing on Amazon. Shape, color, materials all match the photos. We have ordered some other PRC brand names laptop backpacks from Amazon before and ended up having to return those because a lot them looked nowhere near the product studio photos showed on Amazon. Either the shape was deformed and doesn't look like the photos or the materials and finishing is different than the one shown on the photos (or the item was just a knock off design stolen from someone else and produced using much cheaper materials). Not the case for this backpack. The one(s) we received looks exactly like the one showed on photos and the actual items look good. There is also not much headache inducing chemical odor from this one that we could smell of. We have ordered some PRC brands laptop cases or backpacks that we simply had to return those because we just couldn't stand the chemical odor. Storage and function wise this unit is very good as well. We could fit our laptop, our Canon portable printer with extra battery attached, all the accessories plus some printing paper and documents all inside without feeling too heavy. That kinda also shows how good the belt paddings are. The only thing I wish this backpack had is the water resistant feature. It does well under light rain but don't let it stay outside under heavy downpour as it won't stop that kind of rain getting inside. Hope they could sell some kind of rain cover that fit this model to remedy this issue. Overall this is a very good backpack at this price point. Will certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a good laptop backpack on a budget.

I describe my self as a 'laptop on backpack guy' because I use to be on the move the most of the time and I never leave my laptop behind. Having some experience carriying my 17.3 inches laptop y decided to go for the biggest one because the laptop it fits really comfortable on it and there is plenty of room remaining for clothes, bottles of water and so on. The best of all is the feeling went you put it in your back full of stuff... Awesome!!! is so comfortable and strong at the same time and looks really good too; no matter how much you put on it you wont feel the weight. If you are a curious guy take a while and look carefully inside, you'll discover what makes this backpack so magic... it protects your back and really takes care not only of your laptop, also your tablet and most of your gadgets find a good place in it. I really love it, and I know that more than one who has seen it loves it too. Is a really nice product for the money.

*UPDATE* The manufacturer contacted me directly and apologized for the mix-up. They sent me the correct backpack and even told me to keep the other one. Both backpacks are great. I've been using the first one they sent me for a while and it's very comfortable and sturdy. I recently switched to the other one, and it seems to be just as high quality. Truth be told, I think I prefer the first one they sent over the actual one I ordered. That's only because I like the layout of the pockets more for my personal needs. They're both still excellent quality. ....... The backpack I received DOES NOT match the one shown in the picture. The laptop pouch doesn't open up flat like the one in the image. It also didn't have the extra pocket inside that is shown holding the tablet in the pictures. The second large pouch is ok. The top pocket on the front is shown to have pen holders and other pockets, but it doesn't. Those are in the second large pouch, which isn't quite as useful to me. The one I received has red accents as well, which the pictured one does not. Overall, the pack seems well built, but I would have been much happier if I had actually received the backpack I ordered, i.e., the one in the pictures. I'm not sure if that constitutes false advertising, but I'm not completely satisfied with what I received. Unless the seller can guarantee that I'll get the pack pictured, I can't give this any more than 2 stars, even though the pack I received seems decent enough.

This is a big backpack. I got a 17" ultrabook with power source and mouse, 3 college books, 2 notebooks and a 10" tablet all in mine right now and still have room for more. The material is a very heavy nylon but isnt very shiny, its almost as thick as a seatbelt type material, very durable. It could also be used by the light packer too who just wants alot of compartments, nice place for pens and pencils too so there not all over the bottom of your bag. Also has a water bottle holder and a place to store your powerbank so u can charge on the go. Nice sleek style with zipper covers giving it a streamlined look, like there are no zippers. The only thing im wondering is how long the shoulder straps will hold up carrying 30lbs all the time cause where theyre sewed on at the top seems a little thin. I guess well see with time. Great backpack so far, very sharp looking too.

I've used this backpack for multiple trips within the last year and I can definitely say this buy was worth it. First, and most importantly, the straps and the padding are comfortable. I'm on the petite side and the pads don't dig into my shoulders when I'm stretching the carry-on limit. This brings me to the next point. The bag can fit more than the dimensions suggest and the seams and zippers hold up even if I jam pack it full of stuff. For instance, I've packed my laptop, tablet, chargers, cell phone, keys, full one-quart liquids bag, somewhat packable down coat, toque, glasses in its case, snacks, passport, wallet, and other small miscellaneous items to reach the 22lb limit. I only wish it had a back strap to stay on my luggage but hey, I guess I can't have everything! After much research, I'm really happy with this bag because it's not as bulky as others and fits well under the plane seat. Plus, it's stylish and doesn't look like a kiddie backpack. I highly recommended this if you're looking for a comfortable and relatively compact option.

I'm ambivalent about this backpack and since I own more backpacks than there are weeks in a leap year, I'm going to keep it but restrict how I'll use it. Before listing Pros and Cons be advised that this backpack came crushed, folded in half like a cube, wrapped in a tight plastic bag. Not Amazon's fault, this is how the pack is stored. It left a crease but I was able to remove most of it by stuffing it with clothes. If you have OCD, don't buy this bag. Not the first time, these off brands from China are shipped crushed like this, I had to returned two of another model a few months ago because the bent couldn't be straightened out. Cons: Just one BIG one: The attachment points for the backpack straps, the top handle and the hanging hook are all flimsy. The are sewn on with double stitching to the pack. There are no additional strip of fabric or extra material that would allow for more stitching to hold the straps to the bag. You can look at higher quality bags and you'll find that all the stress points are reinforced. You'll find so such thing on this bag. This is my number one reservation about this bag. Spent 50 cents more on materials and the could have made a much studier bag. Spent $1 more and it would be bomb proof but NOPE. PROs: 1: The fabric is nice and slick, modern looking, stylish. Would wick water droplets well. Streamlined look makes it appropriate for urban professional or more formal settings. 2: The laptop compartment with the adjustable padded wings is a great feature. The laptop is also not resting on the bottom of the bag, which is a great. You can roll up a fleece vest and put it down there and it will really protect the bottom of the bad and the side of you laptop. 3:Huge compartment so large laptop will fit. Of course, I would NEVER put a heavy laptop in this bag because of the FLIMSY attachment points. 4: Front top and bottom pockets are large 5: Side pocket with zippers will allow large water bottles, battery pack, umbrellas, etc... 6: Rear security zippered compartment behind the lumbar foam pad makes for a very secure pocket when you are wearing the pack with both straps. What will I use this pack for? Since the straps are not strong enough for my comfort, I will still keep this bag and use it for what I had intended to use this bag: I go into NYC frequently, not for work, so I don't need to carry my laptop. When the weather gets colder and I go the the theaters and see various shows, I can stuff my coats into this bag easily. Coat checks are a pain and most locals just keep our coats with us. I rather stuff my down jacket into my pack. This backpack is perfect for it. So, if you need a stylist pack that doesn't look out of place at the Opera or Ballet and you DON't need to carry how large gaming laptop around, this is for you. However, I can't recommend this backpack as a daily commuter backpack, especially if you are planning to bring heavy, expensive electronics with you. Hope this helps.

We bought two of these backpacks one in the deep purple and one in the black. Both are exactly the same and it is huge with so many multiple compartments it’s like a travelling office. The only thing that was odd but not wrong is that the name brand on the black one was different than advertised and different from the purple one. But apart from the manufacturers label both backpacks were exactly the same as in identical

Right out of the box it stunk like hell... not sure what that was. Was really rigid. Kinda hated it. But now, it's growing on me. After a few days of wear and use it softened up. You can tell just from the feel that the fabric is pretty solid. I've had it for weeks now as my commuter bag on my motorcycle and I love the adjustable sternum strap. It's comfortable and has lots of room. I wish it had more compartments within the pockets, but that's not a deal-breaker. It's a good solid backpack. No complaints so far. Just that out of box smell was horrid, thank god it went away.

Like everything about it

I bought this after a job change that meant more commuting by train and my old one was not up to the task. I was hesitant when I saw it was coming from the US but nevertheless went ahead. Glad I did, the pockets area good size I can fit all I need in there without overloading it. Currently carrying a 15" laptop, 13" laptop and ipad plus associated chargers, headphones and mouse. It is comfortable to wear and seems well made.
