Tandoori Masala, 400g

Lovely tandoori spice gorgeous flavour great value.

I cannot make a tandoori mix as good as this from ingredients. I dissolve this in oil for a few minutes and then add chicken and cook until chicken is tender. I make a curry sauce simultaneously and then mix together. Adds a lovely zip to the chicken. Amazon is a great place to buy from for me because my nearest asian supermarket is not 30 miles away!

£ for Lb probably the best available, previous mix I purchased was too salty and didn't seem to coat very well. Could be a little stronger, however this was my first attempt with this product. I will adjust ratios until I find my taste. Coats and blackens very well, will buy it again.

We love Tandoori Masala, with lockdown no Indian meals out. It arrived on time, so I mixed it with Yoghurt and marinated over night sealed. Took it out and cooked on skewers in my Ninja Grill, it was brilliant, nice and coloured with charred with a gorgeous flavour, it must be good my Partner used to met up with friends monthly for a curry, he said 'it's as good as restaurant we use' I would recommend you to try it, I will order again.

Just add a bit of this to some yoghurt and marinade your chicken, pork or beef in the fridge, it's soooo tasty. I don't have all the spices required for curry but like it to be really tasty, this does the trick. A friend of my Husband gave us some after attending a large bar-b-que in his garden. When it had run out I had to get some more, it lasts a good while too!

I use this for my version of tandoori chicken. Chicken thighs, skin on or off, bone in or boned out. a couple of slashes on the thickest part of the meat. A generous dose of the masala, stir the chicken round so all is covered. add a couple of spoon full of yoghurt and refrigerate for a few hours. Grill on a high heat till it's done and you get the black scorch marks then eat. yumyum.

I love Tandoori but like to make a sauce to go with my meal and the powder allows me to do this with vinigar or red wine vinigar if you have it mixed with Fromage Frais to a consistency you like and pour it over the meal. What a great addition to a great meal making it less dry & don''t forget the fresh lemons.

The best tasting Tandoori mix I have ever used and I have tried a lot ,It mixes well and the taste is amazing . Highly recommend , you won't be disappointed .

It’s been hard finding this masala in stores lately so figured I’d order it here. It’s just like the ones I get at the store but for much better price. Very flavorful and easy to cook with. High quality ingredients and smell delicious!

Rajah Tandoori Masala tastes great and is my favorite Indian seasoning. I dust it on chicken then cook as usual. The flavor is just right, not to hot.
