Works perfectly when used correctly
My husband got me this for Christmas and it works perfectly! Sit the portafilter properly into the top and the puck comes out very easily. Very happy! No more banging!

Easy
I bought this directly from Sage (sorry Amazon) but thought I'd leave a short review.It works! Very easy to use and so much better than hammering away on a knock box. It also looks neater than a knock box too. There's no difficulty seating the portafilter, a child could do it, and the puck is removed in a couple of seconds with zero mess.
