Amazing for the price. Does what I need ot to do. One of the things that I like the most is that you can see who checked video from the camera and turn off the wi-fi function if wanted or if necessary Makes me more relaxed in a world of privacy invasion. Noise and movement sensors are very sensitive and you can adjust how sensitive you want them to be. Video and camera quality are great, even on night vision mode. Very easy to set up and connectivity has not failed once (3 months use). The only downside is that it comes without a support to hang the camera, so buy one if you need it. Overall very happy with it.

So good that I actually ended up buying another, very easy to use and connect to my phone and set up to be able to watch my cat when I am not home.

Purchased one to setup to keep an eye on our new puppy whilst out and was hugely impressed with the quality and ease of set up. Haven't tried the motion detection as have no need for it but night vision seems to work well too. Was considering buying more but the lack of options for storage of recordings has put us off this model. You either have to put in an SD card (not practical if, like us it will be put into the corner of a room without easy access), either that or you're tied into signing up for their cloud storage, would've bought more if it they opened it up to save to your own storage (ie Google drive or a drive on the network). However for the purposes we originally wanted this for, it is a great camera for a very reasonable price.

Easy to follow instructions for use. Needed to download app, but very quick and easy to install and understand. Camera has excellent range of view and superb picture quality. Can be wall mounted or free standing. Speaker enables me to talk to the dog...if I have to..when I'm out. Great motion detection. Night view just grey scale, but I can see the dogs eyes light up if he's awake. If I'm out in an evening I just leave a lamp on so I can see him more clearly. Great for putting in the playroom to keep an eye on the grandkids. I use it mainly for checking on the dog when I'm out. I was going to buy another ring camera for indoors as I alreadyhave them outside. This one was recommended to me. Half the price of the ring camera and perfect for what I needed. My friend has one for checking his dad is OK when he's out. Would highly recommend this camera.

Apsolutley brillaint after customer service with real people and understanding concerns. Support team and team on amazon are so professional they kept me in loop all the time and have my camer and screen both replaced which is so much needed for us as we are both working parents and needed the camera so much after it stopped working > really good teams . This camera is so much specially the screen connections as we can take anyways with us keeping an eye on the little one . thank you team for your considenration and support . Much appreciated

I've had it for a few weeks now and It's a good camera for the price and also depends what you need it for, there are some issues though. Motion Detection - This is sometimes a hit or a miss, picks up every car that drives past it as expected but will rarely pick up people, even on the high detection setting. I can walk down my driveway which is in full view of the camera and it won't set off the motion detection, but the weird thing is that it will pick up a cat or when a front light shines on my car. Recording - This sometimes doesn't work or has issues, can't look back at the events created by the motion detector. Also with having it record constantly, it usually messes up after a day or two and then unable to view any footage that was captured. Also an SD Card is a must have if you want to record. Picture Quality - This is good, when viewing live, can choose 3 settings, HD/FHD/UHD. It's not so good when things are moving and doesn't really capture those details, someone's face or car reg for examples. I haven't really tried the night vision as a streetlamp across the road shows up as bright as the sun on the night vision. So it's a good camera for what I need it for but it does lack on some things, so would not suit depending on what it's use would be.

Perfect product. Quality is good, low light performance too. RTSP and ONVIF are available so I can watch from other devices like smart TV's or computers without their app. Handy and not always available. The even more impressive thing for me was how amazing the support from the company was with the only problem I did have. I had a power issue with the screen (due to clumsy owners!) which happened after the warranty period had ended. I took a chance and contacted the company anyway. They gave me a couple of things to try, which didn't work. At that point they told me to just purchase they product again and they would deliver a refund. Shocked with that service because in my experience most companies are much more difficult to deal with and won't offer a replacement so easily. It makes a big difference. In our case we even got a second camera despite only the screen being problematic first time around.

Great little camera, does exactly as advertised. I have a 12 week old puppy and crate him at night and when we go out, this camera is perfect to check in on him and make sure he has settled. You can talk to your pet through the app (which is easy to setup). I don’t really use the motion detection feature, and you don’t need to activate the 90 day free cloud storage. You can however put in a SD card which will record motion and save it, but I’ve not felt the need for it. Manages to attach the came in the top of the crate without fixing it so it works perfectly for our needs. Night vision is very good on it for this short distance but haven’t tried the camera out the crate yet so can’t comment

Out of a few that I've purchased, Arenti baby cams have been my favorite, both for the ease of set up and for their features. I love it so much that I even bought a second set of 2 cameras to put in more rooms. While I've never used some features it comes with like the lullaby player, others I use a lot. My 4 year old loves the "bunny light" and finds it to be soothing and comforting. I love the fact that if my kids need me, they can click the button on the camera to call me and it sends me a notification that someone is trying to reach me. The cam quality itself is very good, hardly any lagging, I can see, hear and speak through the camera with pretty good accuracy (obviously not as good as a phone but pretty good). I love that you can add the bunny ears making it look cute and kid friendly. You can also adjust notifications through the app, picking between cry, motion and noise detection. Just a few things the app would have: I wish the app gave options of time of how long the "bunny light" would be on for, bc right now it's just 30 mins, which is not enough time for a kid who takes FOREVER to fall asleep like mine. And also an option where I can adjust the schedule of when the motion, cry or noise detection notification goes off. I had a camera before that would allow me to make those adjustments and now that this cam doesn't come with it, I find it seriously lacking bc I get notifications all day long and they're sooo annoying. I really only need them for specific times of day. Other than that, really great, cute camera, works really well, you won't be disappointed.

Not worth the money. Shines this blue light which distracts baby when sleeping. Poor noise detection. Not user friendly

Came broken- screen doesn’t turn on. No instructions. For the price I expected much better will be returning for a product that doesn’t come defective right out of the packaging.

Super easy set up and easy use. Wall mount is great. Really clear picture and nice zoom feature. I love that it has 2 cameras so I dont have to move the monitor between the nursery and the basinet in the master bedroom. Love that it has a portable monitor instead of always having to use my phone. Makes it really easy for our baby sitter. Only downside i have found is the blue light that indicates power is pretty bright at night. I'm going to try using a black out sticker. Lastly it does have pretty loud feedback if you accidentally leave the volume up, but it does remind you to keep a safe distance when you increase the volume. This is the 3rd monitor I've tried and it's my favorite so far.

As a mom of a 4 month old and a 2 year old, I need a camera that’s clear, reliable and easy to use - to make the review simple I’ll write the basics focusing on Camera, then Monitor. 1.C - IMAGE QUALITY - The camera provides a nice clear image 1.M - IMAGE QUALITY - The small screen is a minus - when watching both children it’s extremely difficult to see when split screen is on. 2.C - SOUND - The camera is highly sensitive to sounds, pics up well and when talking to my 2 year old, the voice is decently clear. 2.M - SOUND - Now this is a weird one, but the monitor itself is SO loud it’s actually excessive. When I have it on volume 1, any sound it picks up is basically (screamed?) I wish there was a lower volume available. 3.C - VOX MODE / NIGHT VISION - Night vision is fairly good, I love that the indicators light can be turned off. The quality is nothing that makes me go “WOW!” However, I’m not disappointed either. 3.M - VOX MODE - This is where I hit a wall, while the camera and monitor (overall) is pretty good, the vox mode can use a lot of work … It picks up sound, however the monitor itself doesn’t turn on to display the event. I have increased/decreased sensitivity placed it in different areas areas to see if it would pick up a louder sound & then turn on, but nope. It takes a very loud BANG to get it to turn on :( 4. EASE OF USE - the menu is simple to use, I wish it was a different lay out, but it’s easy to use - you just have to press a lot of buttons to get to your destination. All in all, it is a good camera and while the vox mode doesn’t illuminate the monitor screen, I do appreciate that it emits sound. Out of 4 monitors I’ve tried, I think this is the one I’ll be keeping.
