Our pool pumps (main and booster) are continuously exposed to the harsh elements here in N. Texas. I bought these covers to protect our investments and extend the life of our pool pumps. The fit was pretty good, but one of the interior clips broke. Despite that, the covers are in place and protecting our two Pentair pool pumps from wind, sun & rain.

I wasn't expecting much quality when i ordered this. I had recently replaced my pool pump motor and wanted to keep it out of the elements. So, I ordered this device. It arrived in a flat box with the device knocked down. I'm pretty handy but assembly was a bit challenging. The sides fit VERY tightly into the top. I used a hammer and even though I got pretty aggressive with it, the plastic pieces didn't dent or break. The pieces did mate. They likely will never come lose. I didn't use the included brackets although they looked like a good design and durability. This cover fit my motor perfectly without the brackets because of the location of the power cord and pool bonding wire. I would recommend.

Side wall tabs where the clamp inserts go are are brittle and broke off.The roof and side wall seems alright.Hopefully it works OK even with out using broken plastic side wall tab.I even cut the triangle inserts which go into the side wall tabs.Set-up seems working fine and clamps are sitting well on the pump.Only other issue is cut out for pump wire doesnot match my pump, so wire pushes side wall out a bit.Hope set-up lasts for few yrs atheist.
