That’s right, gains and a little get-up-and-go.Tried the strawberry flavor in a matcha latte and it slapped. Super versatile, also works like a charm in iced coffee. Already planning my next order because, let’s be real, protein should taste this good and multitask.

Super duper good. Tastes exactly like chocolate milk. I love drinking one of these on my way to work. It helps give me the energy boost I need to start my day. Also the fact that it has 20g of protein and only 90 calories helps me hit my low cal/high protein diet goals. I’m gonna be a regular buyer of this for sure!

Probably never given anything 5 stars. I’ve had the cookies and cream, vanilla, chocolate. For the cookies and cream/vanilla there’s a SLIGHT artificial sugar taste but it’s so slight and in my protein coffee with Nespresso blonde espresso it’s not even something I notice. The chocolate is literally perfect. My only blip is cost but I save these for work shifts to conserve and keep my habit going!Picture of espresso, vanilla splyt with some pistachio syrup and cold foam!

I am very picky in the protein game. I’ve tried so many hit or miss protein products! I rarely like one enough to recommend them. That said if you liked Yoo-hoo as a kid, think of this as a lower calorie, higher protein and caffeinated version of that! I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t have a lot of hope for a 90 calorie and 20g of protein drink. I’m so glad I decided to take the chance! This is shelf stable, so you needn’t fill your fridge, but you could! I think I will try the strawberry milk or vanilla milkshake option next. Be warned. Just like Yoo-hoo you must shake first. And that can will spray you. I learned to just sort of crack the seal and let the pressure release before fully opening the can.

This almost would have been 5 stars for me. I feel the product is a bit too pricey for what you get. If they lowered the price to $30/case of 12, this would be more competitive with other products on the market including Protein Bars.Otherwise, I liked all three flavors Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla. The calorie count is perfect. I don't feel like it was overly sweet like some reviews say. It is sweetened by Sucralose, but that one doesn't bother me like others (like Xylitol, and Aspartame, which this does not have).I also liked that it wasn't a watered down flavor and its not like Muscle Milk (that has that metal after taste and makes you feel sluggish later on). This is the perfect mix and I have felt great using it. I only use one every other day. I'd probably kick it up to one a day if it was cheaper.

This is my favorite protein drink of ALL time! I have to keep this stocked in my fridge constantly. Nothing else compares. It's delicious. Taste just like chocolate milk. I love this one the strawberry and cookies & cream

I have been losing weigh recently, simply because I have to, for my own physical health. In doing so, in my heavier days, I always used a old joke to explain "diets". The joke was, take the "T" out of diet, and you will see how I felt about diets themselves. I purchased both the Strawberry, and Max chocolate flavors of this shake in a can, and while the chocolate is good, strawberry is supreme. Usually, I get my protein from bars, or meats like turkey and fish. I think after drinking this, I might have found a new vice, in a good way.I will say the price is a tad much, I do understand why though, if this were ten dollars less, it would constantly be sold out, I can assure you of this. The taste is like Strawberry Quik in a can, with only a slight diet type aftertaste, which is nowhere near as pronounced as the chocolate formula. It has 60MG of caffeine per can, and 20MG of protein, and clocks in at 90 calories per can. This means even on a low-calorie diet, or even those who simply do not diet, but are looking to scale back their caloric intake, you will not be disappointed with this purchase, of course if you overlook it being a tad pricey. Just keep in mind of the caffeine per can, drink them in the morning, or early afternoon, and stay away from them a few hours before bed, and all will be well. Do NOT shake them either, they will spray out some if you agitate them too much. Chill them for thirty to no more than forty five minutes before drinking, as they get cold fairly quickly.But most of all, enjoy and best wishes to you and yours.Pros: Great taste, no harsh diet aftertaste, made from formula- thus good for those (like me) who are lactose intolerant. Best slightly chilled, DO NOT SHAKE, THEY WILL SPRAY SOME.Cons: What else? they are pricey for only 12 a pack. And some people cannot take caffeine and may be sensitive to it, keep that in mind before you purchase these for yourself or anyone else.

I ordered the variety pack, I use these as a pick me up from the gym, or at work when I don’t have time to snack. Here are my honest opinions, including rankings from best to worst:1. Chocolate milk & max caffeinated chocolate milk: Sooo good! Best one I had. Not chalky like other protein milks. Tastes like regular chocolate milk, with the added caffeine2. Strawberry milk: the strawberry taste is VERY medicinal. I wish it tasted more neutral like strawberry milk. I feel like if you added it into a coffee, it would taste great. I was still able to drink it all on its own.WORST OF THE WORST:Cookies and cream milkVanilla milk shakePeanut butter chocolateAll of these 3 flavors tasted sour and like chemicals. Please do not waste your money on those flavors. I was even suprised the vanilla tasted rotten, that’s a hard flavor to mess up.In conclusion, if you were looking to try these, Chocolate or strawberry would be my go to.
