Works good once you get it set up
First I thought it was a piece of crap but then once I got it all set up properly then it started working better. it fits good but I have very tiny wrists so someone with larger wrists it's going to be way too small it was tight on my husband and he has small wrists for a man because he's skinny but he's 6'3.

Very satisfied
I'm happy with this and I have no problems with it so far. I've had it for about a month and the quality is like what you see at the doctor's office and is very reliable. I can read everything clearly and very easy to use. It is accurate. I'm very happy with it.

It's good enough
For a low priced blood pressure monitor it's actually very good. It's comfortable. It fits my wrist and I don't have too many problems with it. The one issue I do have is that it will throw up a code for probably too much movement or something else. I'm not quite sure but it does that often if you move too much or have your arm in the wrong place. So yeah, that becomes a little tedious. Other than that, I think it's accurate. I don't really have a manual cuff to check it against, but all in all 4 stars, just for the code problem.

Nice, inexpensive and accurate
Seems accurate. It got the same reading(close enough) that the doctor did during my checkup. I've tried a few and most were off, especially diastolic. This one did great. It's small, easy to use, and doesn't pinch hard while doing the blood pressure.

Very Disappointed
Very disappointed with this product. Readings are insane, woke up this morning and a.m. reading (top number) was 145.About right so I took my 2.5mg of amlodopine. 30 minutes later reading was 226, 30 minutes later 185, 30 minutes later back to 145.2 hours later is now 152 after breakfast and a bottle of water. This unit just hit the trash can.

Works Well for Smaller Wrists
I purchased the SmartHeart wrist blood pressure monitor for home use to keep tabs on everyone's health—and overall, it performs well for most of my family. The device is compact, easy to set up, and the digital readout is clear and simple to understand. The included instruction manual is straightforward, and we were up and running in just minutes.Pros:Accuracy: For my wife and teenage kids, the readings have been consistent and match well with the readings from our clinic’s arm cuff.Convenience: It’s lightweight and portable, making it easy to travel with or keep in a bedside drawer for quick checks.Ease of Use: One-button operation makes it user-friendly, and the memory function is a nice bonus to track historical readings.Cons:Fit Limitations: The wrist cuff is a bit snug and doesn’t fit my wrist comfortably (I have larger arms). Even when I managed to get it on, the readings seemed inconsistent compared to other devices. It would be great if this model came with an adjustable or larger cuff option for those of us with “bigger guns.”Position Sensitivity: Like many wrist monitors, it’s very sensitive to positioning. You really need to hold your arm at heart level to get accurate results, which might be tricky for some users.Final Thoughts:If you have average or smaller wrists, this monitor is a solid and affordable option with helpful features and good portability. However, if you have a larger build, I’d recommend looking for an upper-arm model or one that offers a wider cuff size to ensure comfort and accurate readings.

I really like it
I liked it so much I bought another for my roommate who is 81 who has high bp. It’s very accurate and easier on the arm than the traditional pump up cuff. Highly recommend.
