product not matched the expectation and requested for refund
I received the product and found that it is much heavier than expected. The product description on the website did not clearly mention its weight, which led to this issue. Therefore, I requested a return on the same day the product was delivered. Unfortunately, the product has still not been picked up by the Amazon pickup personnel, and the return process remains pending. I kindly request the Amazon team to arrange the pickup at the earliest and process my return and refund as soon as possible.

Doing the job for now, but a bit slow and bulky
I've been using the pTron Dynamo Surge 20000mAh power bank for a few months now. As of right now, it is doing the job and charges my devices without issue. Pros: It works, and the multiple ports are handy. Cons: It takes quite a bit of time to charge the power bank itself to full capacity. It's also a bit bulky to carry around compared to other models I've seen, though the 20000mAh capacity explains some of that size. Everything is okay as of now, but my final verdict is still pending. I will update this review after using it for more than 6 months to comment on its long-term durability and whether the performance holds up.
