These work great. Bed bound father had catheter issue. These were very absorbent and made things manageable in the interim. He was much more comfortable as well

Booster Pads For Daytime
These insert pads are a little thinner than I expected, but they are described as being for daytime use, which makes a little more sense. These may not be suitable for overnight use depending on the amount of absorbency that is needed. They seem to be soft and comfortable, and the size appears to be suitable for our needs. The one thing that really got my attention with these particular insert pads is that they only come with a small peel-off adhesive tab area on the end. Other inserts we’ve used have a full strip of adhesive that runs the whole length of the pad. That way they stay in place better. Since these pads only stick on one side, I’m not sure how well they will stay put, especially if the user is actively moving around during the day. We may be able to tape the other side.As far as absorbency goes, they seem to do well, and I can see the liquid turning to a gel inside the pad when I tested one of these with a gentle flow of water from a cup. I’m not sure I would reorder these, mostly because of the adhesive situation, but we’ll give these a try and see how they do for our loved one.

Comfortable, appear thin but very absorbent, individually packaged
These pads are comfortable to wear and go inside of a diaper technically but can also go inside of underwear as well. They have a small sticky piece to hold them in place. They are to prolong the life of the diaper. They appear very thin but are very absorbent. The pads come individually packaged. Its weird that its a pack of 39, I've never seen an odd number of pads but here we are. I didn't notice any odor that comes from them. They definitely work for our needs as we tend to go through multiple diapers at once or are constantly going thru diapers and liners at the same time.

Great for post birth!
These have been such a life saver since I’ve given birth in May!! They do feel bulky and slightly uncomfortable on but I don’t mind it because I’m not planning on leaving the house until to a doctor appointment. They insert great I don’t have to worry about it slipping or moving around. Lastly, I love how much it absorbs before needed to replace it! I definitely recommend for mothers after birth!

First time user
Refré Adult Diaper Insert Pads for Day - Unisex Protective Underwear Liners for DaytimeAs a first time user, I found it to be a little complicated. But after using a couple of times, it wasn't bad at all, it just took a little practice. I like the convenience of not having to deal with diapers, along with the dollar savings. These insert pads are comfortable and absorbent enough for me. I only use them for emergencies, right now. If I can get to a toilet quickly, I save the pads for when I cannot. Overall, I am pleased with them and would recommend your trying.

Very small adhesive square to keep them in place
For reference, these pads are exactly the same size as a size 5/6 child's diaper when both are laid out flat. These have only a very small adhesive square on one side, to stick them to underwear, so be warned that they may move out of place if there is a lot of movement/an active person is wearing them. Having such a small adhesive square seemed very strange to me, having purchased dozens of different types of pads/liners over the years, which all come with a full strip to stay in place.
