I was looking to replace my old queen bed and started to look for a good option and stumbled upon Ganpati arts' maharaja bed , which exactly fulfilled all my expectations at reasonable cost. For the cost, the quality of the product is amazing and I love it.

I received the product with the left side of the frame damaged. I still decided to keep it and proceeded with the installation, but after sitting on the bed for the first time, the frame on the other side also broke. I raised a replacement request, and it took about 21 days for the replacement parts to arrive. Thankfully, the replacement parts were in perfect condition. It took another two days to get them installed. Although the initial experience was disappointing due to the damaged product, the customer support was helpful. They sent the replacement parts and also reimbursed the installation charges that I had to pay a second time for the replacement. Overall, the product quality at delivery was an issue, but the after-sales support was satisfactory.

Overall very good product as aspected ,worth the money

Gud product

Bed broke in the middle. There's a join in the middle of the side bars. They sent replacement of the bars, but again they broke today. Don't buy the non box option.

Really good product
