Title: A Deeply Disappointing Experience with JBL WAVA Flex Airbuds – Not Worth Your MoneyI recently purchased the JBL WAVA Flex Airbuds, expecting a decent experience given the JBL branding. However, what I received was nothing short of a complete letdown. From the very first day, the product has shown multiple flaws that make it virtually unusable.The audio quality is far below average – the sound lacks clarity, bass is weak, and the overall experience is nowhere near what one expects from a brand like JBL. The connectivity is another major issue. The earbuds frequently disconnect from the device, and to make things worse, the volume automatically drops during use, ruining the entire listening experience.What’s even more frustrating is the lack of after-sales support. There seems to be no proper service center or support channel available for this product. Once you've spent your money, you're completely on your own. It feels like this product was launched without any intention of long-term support or user satisfaction.In my opinion, this product is a cheap imitation hiding behind a big name. It does not reflect the quality or standards that JBL is known for. I feel genuinely disappointed and regret spending my hard-earned money on something so unreliable.I urge others: please do not waste your money on this product. There are far better alternatives in the market that offer both quality and support. Learn from my experience and stay away from the JBL WAVA Flex Airbuds.

If you are specifically looking for open-ear earbuds, the JBL Wave Flex is the right choice. The bass performance is also underwhelming and does not meet expectations. While the design is good, I would recommend this product. You can feel Brand value when you receive a call.

I am not one to typically leave a review unless it is on the opposite end of the spectrum, I either hate it or love it for me to take the effort of leaving a review. I had been looking for a hard tip earphones for a long time as an alternate to my airpods 2 as most brands usually make the pro type earphones with the cushioned ends which don't fit my ears very well and I don't need noise cancellations with earphones of this type. After doing a lot of research with various options in various price budgets I pulled the trigger on these JBL Wave Flex which seemed like a good budget option. I have to say, the fit is even better than the airpods 2 and sound is great too. Connects super fast and is compatible with macbook and iOS. Definitely bang for the buck.

Noise cancellation not at all there.Distinctive sound heard. Not mixed interference kind of noise like boats.Its been 6 months and left earphone fell down once and is damaged, producing very very less sound. Right one dominates.

Waste of money. Quaintly might be good but they don’t come with earbuds, so its really for wear them in gym.Best thing is they don’t even help you once get them. No replacement with any other model.So it’s BIG NOOO!!

Best product,100% meet to expectations.Sound quality is as well as Jbl has it's aura in Sounds systems.

I strongly recommend to not buy this productReasons being1. Discomfort - my ears start hurting after 2 hours of use & this was consistent regardless of who wears it, my entire family said it's very bad comfort vise2. Ambient aware feature is shit, absolutely unusable in most outdoor cases cause of wind, traffic noises, everything gets a bad high pitch reaction in this feature which will make you take out and throw them away3. Not wearable with helmets while riding, they slide off or pop out of ear inside helmets which may cause them to drop on road at random times4. Volume overall is low, on highest volume the music quality feels like there should be atleast 30-40 percent more volume5. The case build quality is fragile and not very strong6. Waste of money, burn your notes or donate your wealth before buying this please7. Somebody give me a refund for this godamnn scam of an earphone
