UPDATE: I honestly can’t say enough great things about this set! I still use it and everything is still like new. Nothing has even shown any wear to include the dough wisk. The banneton bowls haven’t even started to splinter or discolor. The bowl liners are really easy to maintain. I shake them out after each use and tightly seal them in a ziplock bag then store them in the freezer until the next use so they stay “seasoned”. The bowl scraper is made from a plastic material but still looks and feels sturdy! This is a must have for a beginner or experienced baker! I just recently started baking sourdough and could not be more pleased with this kit! This has everything you need from start to finish! I wasn’t really sure where to start or what I really needed so the convenience of having it all in one place is awesome. The banneton bowls are super sturdy and the liners are great quality! I did “season” the liners and haven’t had any problems with the dough sticking. I use rice flour in them and they clean up very easy. Just shake out and use the brush to clean out the bowls so they can dry and not mold! The bread lame came with several extra blades and trust me they are very sharp!!!! They go onto the handle very easy and stay in place until you take it off. It also has a small cover that fits perfectly over the blade when not in use for safety. The dough whisk is a god send. With all the loops it does really get in there and mixes without a lot of effort. I do hand wash and dry straight up and down with the metal part facing down because I’m just not sure if water can get into the handle. I use everything that came in the kit just about every time I bake so I really feel like I got my money worth and I don’t see myself having to replace anything in the near future.

If you're just getting into bread making or sourdough, this is a perfect kit (minus starter feeding jars). It has everything I need to replace a lot of the basic tools I don't have anymore for the shaping, proofing, and baking stages of bread. The silicone mat feels like good quality but I haven't had the opportunity to test it's heat resistance yet. Everything else is lovely. The bread bag could have been better quality. It doesn't close well and requires persuasion when pulling the drawstring. I bet it'll be easier as I wear it in with use.

So happy with this set, I purchased this as I have been getting more into bread baking and it’s perfect! It has all the accessories you need and all are of a very high standard! Perfect for beginners to advance bakers, I also really like that the linen had a high quality brand embroidery rather than just a cheap print. The set is great for sourdough bread making. The shipping box was in good shape box the actual product box was a little beat up and bent. The items in the box were not damaged but the dough whisk was missing. Since this was a gift for someone, I was disappointed that I had to give them an incomplete set in a semi-damaged box.

It came with everything and it seems to be in good quality. I bought to of them for my sister and grandma. I think this would work for anyone starting off at baking bread or for someone that like baking.

I love this set, and I looked at so many. I love that it has 1 oval, and 1 round basket. It came with just about everything I needed to get started making some beautiful loaves of bread. I'm still getting my sour dough starter ready to bake with, I'll update once I get to use them. But they are a lovely set, this color matches my kitchen and is my favorite color.
