Taste great
I love these cookies, often grabbing 2 bags at once. I knocked off 1 star bc Amazon shipped these in a mail pouch rather than a box, which resulted in many broken cookies. Of course, broken cookies taste the same, so I will enjoy them but I don't understand why they don't come in a box with protection, when so many other Amazon items come with a ton of packing material.

I love Archway cookies and these were excellent. Crisp and spicy with ginger great value for the money too.

Not Worth The Price
To review these cookies I have to compare them to a product that I would give a good review for. I usually buy Chestnut Hill ginger snaps for $1.88 for an 8 oz. box. ($0.24/Oz.) They are crisp without being overly dry. And their ginger snaps offer a strong ginger flavor without being overbearing. Archway ginger snaps are $.29 for a 12 oz. bag. ($0.36/Oz.) Archway cookies are significantly drier than Chestnut Hill. The flavor of Archway ginger snaps are weak. I had to eat four cookies before I even began to notice the ginger. These are not the worst ginger snaps, nor are they most expensive. But the are a long ways from being a good cookie for a reasonable price. They will do when I can't get what I like. Oh and BTW, Chestnut Hill is a sub-generic brand.
