The iron worked great for 3 months. I don't even iron that much. And now water pours out of the bottom ruining my ironing board cover. No steam, it just doesn't work anymore. Don't waste your money!

So far, so good. I am really enjoying the iron this is working out so good so far. I made Quilt for a live and i have to iron a lot.over different type of fabric with the steam functions on this Iron is a great help also not have constant get to refill all the time is the best. It have great steam and it get hot very fast. I'm glad I made this purchase.refill that aren't. The steam is excellent for me.

I bought this product in February after the Rowenta I’ve had for about 15 years started to leak water while steam pressing. After watching all the reviews for this machine I made the plunge. I really had high hopes and wanted to like this iron. After receiving it, I used this for a week while building some costumes. The steam output was inconsistent and poor. Not anywhere near what I saw in the video reviews. The kicker is, I recently pulled it out for a project and the steam function workedfor a moment, but then quit altogether. I did all the trouble shooting and nothing. Very frustrating. I’m back to using my Rowenta and even though it leaks sometimes, it still works. So, buyer beware.

Overall good. Lots of stream, iron is nice and hot, water reservoir is big (1.5 litre)BUT...cannot set temp, iron handle not too comfortable. On the handle, i wish it were more ergonomic as it becomes uncomfortable after an hour+ use.For a little more, I've used the Rowena as it has better overall performance and comfort.

I gifted this iron to my parents, and am already thinking of exchanging it out for something more user friendly. If comparing to my Rowenta steam station, I give this 3 stars. I think the feature I hate the most is the continuous steam trigger. It is very easy to switch that on while pressing the steam button, so easy, that you actually have to make an effort to not accidentally switch it on if you don’t want continuous steam. The water input opening is in an awkward location, facing away from you, so that you have to fully turn the station to refill so that you can see what you’re doing. Again, just comparing to my Rowenta which has the water-filling opening on the side, so that I never have to move station itself. I think that having two buttons for the same exact purpose (the power button on the station and the button on top of the iron) is pointless. Finally, when you long hold the power button to switch it off, it starts blinking rather than actually turning its light off, which is annoying. I’m giving it credit for its steam, but everything else on this iron needs some improvement.

Ironing is more difficult than it needs to be - steam never stops coming out of the iron, which means you can’t set the iron down anywhere. If you set it down in the holder of the steam generator, water begins to pool because the steam won’t stop. You can’t even stand the iron up on its base because it keeps falling over. Not sure what it is about irons in America with steam generators but they are not good.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Wouldn't produce steam. Customer service hard to connect with. No heat settings.
