I've been using these for polymer clay and they work great for that. All of these tools are fantastic for clay work. There's a lot more variety just in the tools than I've ever seen in a polymer clay sculpting set. The cutters work great with clay too. I've been having fun experimenting with the different shapes, combining them, and refining them further with the tools. Good value for a versatile and extensive set.

This fondant decorating set is awesome! It comes with many, many pieces for you to create nice looking designs for whatever sweets you're baking. I'm new to fondant decorating, so I really like this kit. The shapes are easy to use and the carving tools are so handy. It has 47 different pieces, so I have a variety to choose from when using fondant.There is one thing that will make this set incredible...it needs a storage container! A little plastic flip truck or box would totally work. I would pay a little extra if it came with a storage box or something. Other than that, this is a really nice set! We're baking a ton of cupcakes this weekend, so I can't wait to use this to design each one. This set is really good for beginners!

I actually love working with fondant for baking even though I'm not a professional baker.It has been very challenging finding the right tools to make neat and clean creations.This set of fondant tools is incredible!It comes with all the pieces pictured and gives so much room for creativity to be unleashed!I absolutely love that all I could possibly need to work with fondant comes in one kit. Each piece is also simple enough in design for my kids to use to try their own creative skills.The individual pieces are sturdy and clean easily.Overall, I think this fondant set is of exceptionally value and I highly recommend it. It's perfect for beginners or even professional bakers.

I can't comment on this tool set for use with fondant. I ordered it for using with clay and wax. It is ideal for this purpose. It offers a fantastic assortment of tools and they are sturdy and well formed. It is amazing just how much you receive for the price listed. The stick tools are strong enough for adding detailing such as fur or eyes on soft clay or wax figures. I am currently using the set at home, but plan on taking it to my local art guild, of which I am a member, for an upcoming class that I am teaching on making wax flowers. The ladies are no strangers to using tools for other than their intended purposes, so this tool set will be more than welcome. The tools will work well for adding lines to the petals and leaves and therefore creating subtle depth. After use they will be easy to clean with just dish soap and water. Then, they will store right back in the plastic box they came in. Im very pleased with this product. Great buy!

My daughters & I have had so much fun learning to make flowers with these! It's amazing how fondant flowers dress a cake up, even more so on cupcakes.Only problem I have is my grandson & granddaughter watched us, then decided they wanted to use on their playdough - so as a good grandparent, I am teaching them how to do it, and how to take turns with the grownups!Easy to use, easy to clean. I've always wanted to learn how to work with fondant and this set has lots of tools to learn the various techniques. It appears many of these tools are flower shaped stampers that can create layers to place one on top another and then the pointer tools are used to get dimension. I've got a lot to learn here. But it'll be fun. I think the value is excellent, $17 less a 5% coupon for 47 items. Recommended.
