I just needed something to hold me in the sit with some leg exercises instead of using a lot of energy holding the handles. It works great. But xan kind of dig into me a little.

Not gym pin, I’ve bought their version. This is a Chinese knife. There is no loose end to tighten quickly. Makes it very difficult to tighten while working out. Do not buy.

Easy to adjust, stays in place - does exactly what I need it to. Leg pump is killer on extensions. 5 star!

This adjustable lap belt is very well-constructed & will probably last a lifetime. I use it in conjunction with various fitness equipment to stay in place during exercise. If you’re in need of one to hold you secure, this particular belt is an excellent option. There’s plenty of belt length & the latching mechanism works flawlessly.

トレーナーさんのススメで、筋トレ用に購入しました。今までは、ヨガ用の綿のベルトを使ってましたが、伸びてしまったり、緩んできたりしてましたが、マシンから、身体が浮いてしまうと負荷が逃げるので、ガッチリ締めて負荷かけています。 脚トレ尻トレの女性には、必要なツールだと思います。めちゃめちゃ効くようになりました。

材質が「アルミ」とありますが鉄にメッキの間違いです！ 重いです！ その他は問題ありませんので⭐️３つにします！

does not work cant tighten while in machine need to pre determine length then suck in stomach to try and get it latched which does not stabilize you
