cheaper than a face lift and keeps my nostrils open.
I lost 150 lb and so had a saggy face when I slept on my side. My cheek skin slid over and almost closed off my nostril when I slept on my side. The lower nostril was on the pillow and sometimes was compressed as well. Doctor said only solution was face lift or CPAP( this would force air into nose) No money for a face lift, weight loss cured sleep apnea, and I was snoring a lot and not sleeping well. Got these nasal dilators and problem solved! NO snoring. Have used for several years and just now got new ones. Very pleased. Soft and comfortable. If you have true sleep apnea these are NOT going to help as your problem is lower in throat/mouth area.

Inconsistent Sizing Ruins it
Bought these 3x, all a bust1. Bought a medium and all were so small that they wouldn’t stay in2. Overcompensated and bought XL and now they were so large I had to trim to fit.3. Tried a large. Pack came with 15 ALL DIFFERENT SIZES! The small like I had before and even SMALLER. Also XL but also included even larger! Also some were cage looking like the photos and that I had before, some were solid. Some had fins on them so you can’t put them in your nose.UselessJust get the breatheweaves

Keeps your nostrils open
Product comes in a nice box that does not state where it is made, although when I researched this, it appears to be made in China like most products. The four nasal dilators come in a sturdy plastic container. Upon handling these soft dilators, I had initial doubts that they would indeed keep my nostrils open. I have been using harder, sturdier ones with no difficulty for years but needed more and didn't want to order dilators of varying sizes (most products) that I would not use. Hence, I opted to try these same-size ones. The flexible plastic notwithstanding, they actually do keep my nostrils open well so I can breathe at night which is a plus. However, I find that I have to treat these much more delicately when placing them in my nostrils and also while cleaning them. I would say that they are somewhat harder to place than hard plastic ones due to their soft pliable nature and also because I try hard to not inadvertently bend them or twist them in a way that would cause breakage, especially of the thin center strip that holds the two sides together. Time will tell how long these last. I will note that the product insert states that these "must be replaced every one to three months for hygienic reasons," although I have always used my nasal dilators indefinitely until I either lose them or they break. These aren't cheap. I clean mine very gently with regular antibacterial hand soap and leave them to air dry. This would be a good choice for those who find hard dilators uncomfortable or irritating. I have deducted one point due to questionable durability and will update my review at a later date.

Too small
I bought after reading decent reviews. I was interested due to the silicone cone vs plastic. I’ve ordered the sold soft silicone in the past from other companies and ordered a Med/Large and they fit perfectly and you barely noticed they were in there. Very soft.I got these in a large and they fit like the smalls in my other packs. They were harder silicone and more sharp too. Im not sure these would fit my 10 year old. I filled out a return with my description and am being asked to send them back. Which is gross, but okay. Also for a 4 pack $17 is too much for something defected, painful and too small.

Soft and keep nostrils open, helps snoring.
These seem to mitigate my snoring. Not most importantly, I have a deviated septum and sleeping on the opposite side find that nasal labia falls inward and deprived me of O². These slip easily in before bed, soft silicone is ready to wear, and the circular form keeps the nasal passage open. I get two nostrils of air with these. I became accustomed to having these in my nose quickly. I needed the largest size. Shop for the ones in varied sizes or large if that's all you need. Get silicone only, not hard plastic. Recommended.
