My three week old developed pretty severe baby acne (confirmed by pediatrician), so I ordered this product after reading the reviews. I never leave reviews on a product unless it’s truly amazing (I’ve left one review ever on a product), but this ointment is the real deal! I was skeptical that it would help, especially since it isn’t advertised for baby acne specifically.I applied the ointment on a Wednesday morning at about 10am (right after the first picture was taken), after her skin had been getting worse and worse for about a week. By 4pm that day, I saw a noticeable difference (second picture). Things continued to improve in the following days…by that Sunday, her face was markedly better and continuing to improve each day (third picture). I am so glad I tried this!The product itself is fragrance free and doesn’t seem to irritate her (or me!) at all. It’s very thick so it takes a bit to rub it in but a little truly goes a long way. I have been using the product for five days (once or twice a day, mostly just on her face, but on her entire body after a bath), and I have just been using what’s stuck on the aluminum seal inside and haven’t had to actually scoop out product yet from the container…so yes, it’s expensive, but really it stretches and is so worth it. I highly recommend this product!

I tried several creams that claim they’re great for eczema but absolutely none of them compares to tubby todd. I swear one application and I saw a huge difference in my son’s face. The price may be off putting and I’m by no means wealthy but this is so worth it. My son is 9 months old. I apply this every night all over and so far in 9 months I’ve only been through 3 jars. A little goes so far. There was a lapse for about a week he had to go without it as we didn’t have money and his little face was so awful until we got more of this lotion. Just buy it. It’s worth every penny and it’s priceless for how comfortable my son is without patchy skin. 💕

My baby girl (1 month old) has super sensitive skin and a bad case of baby acne. I searched high and low for something that would help to get rid of her baby acne. I know that most doctors recommend just letting it resolve on its own, but I just could not do that. There is now way that it was not uncomfortable. She had a lot of redness and her skin was bone dry (even with cerave baby moisturizer and aquaphor healing ointment). I was hesitant to try this product because it’s being “pushed” by a lot of influencers. I finally just tried it after finding a non sponsored review on the ointment on YouTube. It’s only been 4 days and there has been a dramatic difference in her skin. The inflammation/redness has significantly improved and her skin peeling is gone. AMAZING

My baby was having a bad rash around 4 weeks old. I see many babys get it, it looked like heat rash ( we live in swfl) but didn’t go away as fast, dr thought it was milk intolerance. i was told about this cream from friends and bought it . The double pack, and used it a couple times after bath. Within days her skin was much better ans rash/ bumps are going away .. was it this cream or change in milk? Im not sure but this cream is so wonderful and smooth. You get a lot for the price. I will say you do not need much as very little goes far, barley a drop the size of your pinky tip goes far. So you get your moneys worth.

Wow!!!! If your baby has any kind of acne—BUY THIS!!! You do not need to compare it to anything or research—it WORKS! I tried so many things breast milk, aquafor, and Mustela (which has perfumes in it and made his flare—its a hit or miss DO NOT TAKE THE RISK!)I am so grateful for this product! I put it all over and within 2 days I see a HUGE difference. So far so great. If anything changes ill update my review but I strongly doubt it will.

I was skeptical about this product. It’s expensive to gamble on if it will actually work. However, my daughter started to get bad baby acne around four weeks and the warm bath wasn't working. I am blown away with how fast it works and how beautiful her skin looks after only a couple days. It’s worth the price. Cant say if it works for other rashes/skin issues but for baby acne it’s 10/10.
