(Pack of 12) Acrylic Sheet Clear Cast for LED Light Base

Very nice quality for night light blanks. I like the extra thickness - about 1/8" - so it gathers more light. It works great on my F1 Ultra - I take off the film on both sides, place it on black cardstock, and engrave at Power 25 an speed 450mm/sec. It scratches easily as any acrylic will, but this method produces very little residue that comes off with water and Windex - wiping is not needed. And best of all, I can avoid the tempera paint that can be "tempera-mental." My only 2 complaints - I wish it was less expensive (what else is new, right?) and like all brands of these, the backing material is a pain to remove without good fingernails. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up - I'm going to order more.

Easy to work with. I engraved these by hand with my students. They loved it. Doesn't scratch easily and is worth the money. Perfect thickness and they fit well. They look incredible for what I use them for. Very functional.

I love that you can buy just the plates on this item. It engraves well and plate shows up really well. I would definitely recommend these. The price is fair and the product is consistent with quality control. I definitely recommend this item.

Once I dialed in the settings- PERFECTION! In case you are interested here is the xTool F2 Ultra Success StoryI have been searching for a successful clear acrylic nightlight engraved with The xTool F2 Ultra UV and could not find one so here it is! Once again: MATERIAL: 4mm Clear Transparent Acrylic. 300/30/500/1/40. Output: ENGRAVE. IMAGE: The photo with the heart graphic edited and saved as a full color png. Focused On black cardstock then laid down the clear acrylic on the cardstock. Imported the full color png photo with the background removed. Used xTool EDIT/AUTO ADJUST- that’s right. None of the grayscale bitmap folderol. Bitmap mode: Jarvis. Added text engraved at:30/25/1/200/40. IMAGE SETTINGS: 300/30/500/1/40. THEN FLIPPED THE WHOLE THING ↔️ AND ENGRAVED ON THE BACKSIDE!!! Senbota Cast Acrylic Sheets, 5.9" x 5.5" x4mm Thickness NOTE: Different brands of clear acrylic will engrave differently

The plastic should just peel off. sadly there is no overlap or tab to pull it off

Very good quality.

Used these for one of my developer teams. Etched them on my CNC and they came out great. I would recommend getting the 4mm thick panels as they firmly fit in the common light-up bases far better than the 2mm.

These are great for laser engraving, the small LED signs great for kids room or for small businesses to showcase their logo!
