1 Can Aerosol Spray Paint (Semi-Gloss Black) 8-S-1722

This paint is great for projects, I wanted to give an old bike a new life and I used this paint to do that. It has great coverage and I was able to do at least 3 full coats with a single can. It dries pretty fast, you can add another layer after 15 minutes if you're in a rush. The paint quality is also good, not so thick, not so runny either. There were parts of the bike that I sprayed a little bit more than usual and it didn't leak at all, which makes it great for controlling your spraying motion. It is a great matte/satin paint. It's not entirely matte, yet not entirely satin, it still has a little bit of shine but not so much to be considered glossy. Some people might argue it is 100% matte, but I just don't see it that way. I got a lot of compliments with the results, mainly because of the color.

However the cap color is a bit lighter than the finished sprayed surface.

When I first got this can of spray paint in the mail I was extremely disappointed because the can is black and the cap is dark gray which is not what you see in the advertisement. This made me think that it was going to spray on my chain link fence very dark however I was pleasantly and extremely surprised that is not what happened! Bayyyyyybeeeee! I've hot one 10 ft section of fence shining like a bright star (one can will cover a 10 ft section of chain link fence)! It covers nicely and I guess it's the zinc in it that reacts to the metal and makes it so shiny. It's amazing to watch it get brighter as it bubbles a bit once it touches the metal. I am so impressed with this product that I am about to order two cases!!!!

This paint flows great and dries quick and strong for use on equipment. It does fade over time, but if your focus is protection over shine, this paint is well worth the price.

Because the circumstances I can't really give it a star rating because I never got to use it it turns out it was the wrong product for the device I bought to spread it and it took me too long to put it together to find that out but based on this brand it has a good reputation

Provided a durable, non shiny finish. Coverage was a little short, buy 2 cans for your project!

Used this to paint the top pf the deck of my Cub Cadet mower. It is a good match, not perfect but almost. Removed deck from mower and pressure washed. Used a wire brush air tool and hand sanding to remove rust/ loose material. Primed areas with two coats of rust converter. Masked what I did not want to paint with blue tape and over a couple of hot summer days, coated the deck with the entire contents of the can. As many thin coats as possible. Let dry in the sun between coats. It has held up well. Seems like that is what was needed. Only time will tell.
