This tea comes cut and sifted,, and you get 30 grams in a pack. You're supposed to use 1 teaspoon (2.5 grams) for a 200ml cup, and just pour hot water over it, letting it steep for about 5-10 minutes. It's all natural, with ingredients from the altai region region. I like to add it to my tea with ginseng and rosehip for more benefits. Rhodiola Quadrifida is an adaptogen, so it could help with stress and keeping your body in balance. It's a nice herbal tea that tastes good and might be good for you too.

It's a very good remedy. I soaked a pack of this herb in vodka and let it steep for a month. I got an excellent tincture which, after two months of taking it, allowed me to feel much better.

Obviously, I can't give an immediate review of this "tea" because the results don't become apparent straight away. What I can say is that it is easy to prepare, just like a normal loose tea. The taste? Well I don't think it will be to everybody's taste. It's kind of like the flavour you might get from a strong black tea, with no milk. Maybe that's why they suggest having it with a meal????? I think it would benefit after putting through a tea strainer and then you could drink it down to the dregs without getting a mouthful of the leaf and fine grass-like stuff in the bottom of the cup. So, all being said, I'm happy to give 4 stars đ

I wouldnât call it a tea. Itâs a herb. You need to understand that it has qualities to heal certain issues in your body. The way you consume these herbs should be prepared a specific way based on what your herbal guru will tell you. Donât just drink it, anytime anywhere in any proportions. Due to the unique biocomplex of active substances, the herb âred brush (translation from Russian)â can exhibit a wide range of pharmacological activity. Thus, the plant's phytohormones can have a positive effect on the thyroid gland and adrenal glands, thus contributing to the normalization of hormonal levels. One of the main active components of Rhodiola quadrifola is the glycoside of tyrosol - salidroside. It has been established that it can promote the manifestation of anti-inflammatory and adaptogenic properties of the plant, improve the condition and functions of the reproductive system in gynecological pathologies.
