I’ve been using this nonfat dry milk powder for a few days now, mainly for baking and coffee, and it’s been really convenient. It mixes well with warm water and doesn’t leave lumps if you stir or shake it properly. The taste is lighter than regular milk (as expected since it’s nonfat), but still good enough for recipes like pancakes, muffins, and even oatmeal. I also tried adding it to coffee, and it worked fine without any strange aftertaste. One thing I really like is the long shelf life — it’s perfect to keep in the pantry for when you run out of fresh milk. The resealable bag is also helpful for storage. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and is a practical option to have at home.

Nice, fine milk powder for fast dissolving. I don’t care for it reconstituted as a beverage, but love to use dry milk in cooking for a creamy taste and texture (and more nutrition) without adding more liquid. It’s perfect in oatmeal. Recently my grocery store (calling you out, Harris Teeter) stopped carrying dry milk, so I was glad to find Judee’s at Amazon. But really, is “gluten-free” necessary for a dairy product without wheat?

Love this powdered milk. It dissolves quickly and tastes great. I use it for my hot chocolate mix.

I make my glass with 2 -3 scoops, put my carnations packet, both dry, put in blender, very thick. Keep the powered milk in the refrigerator.. the colder the better.
