I got this as a gift for my Aunt. It was easy to understand, had great paints. I made a couple of minor adjustments to the image for my own preference. And was able to do so with the paint it came with. Put it on a stretch frame and it's come out looking amazing. I definitely recommend it.

In the last 5 years I've completed over 100 paint by numbers. This one rates a 4 and only because of the dreaded yellow. It's hard to find colors in the yellow, orange, or white that covers over the numbers. I recommend using a dab of white out over the numbers as you go spot by spot. Drys really fast so you can paint right away. Finished product after its unnoticeable. The Buffalo sunset came out amazing and is now framed and out on a wall.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE RESULT!This kit absolutely hinges on a great black paint and they picked a really really good one, But I did have to dilute in order to have enough to finish the black. The quality supported that just fine.You absolutely do not need to stretch, frame or, to my surprise, even iron this piece. It is treated canvas and relaxes as you go along.Bison is my patronus. I did it in about 10-12 hours over 4 or 5 days. Will be a special treasure for a long time!Will trim to frame at some point.

You WILL have to get this stretched on 16x20 stretcher bars before painting.

This is exactly what it says it is. The paint quality is good. You don't have to go over most of the colors to cover completely. I recommend it. It is my favorite one I have done.

So the first thing I noticed was that everything was packed into a very small box, so guessing that was done to cut down on shipping costs. So that being said, this painting comes folded, so you will need stretcher bars to stretch canvas before painting. Would have been nice if it came with them, so you don't have to go out to an art store to get them.The next thing I noticed was the outside of the box. "To my Lover" ???? What the heck? Anyway...that gave me a chuckle.The painting canvas itself feels very thick and sturdy. But dang, everything is super duper tiny, so not sure how long this will take me to do. I may lose interest quickly, due to the teeny spaces. I hope there is enough paint to complete it.The price is great for this product. I think this would be giftable, but its suitable for a teen or adult. I don't think a younger child would have any patience for this.

A large and somewhat complex paint by number pack with canvas, 24 different paints, and 3 brushes. There's no stretcher bars included and I wound up going to a local art supply store to get 2 16" and 20" bars and tacks. I'm a complete novice to painting, let alone framing and took a few attempts to line up the printed area correctly. After stretching the canvas and taking my time bent over a flat desk, the painting came together and looked pretty similar to the example...just messier. The instructions mentions starting at color 6 and working down, but I just started at 24 and worked in batches of random color numbers for an hour or two each night.As someone who works in 3D it was fun to try something new, even if it was a guided emulation of a painting. For kids or adults not interested in something that might be slightly tedious, this canvas likely won't get finished.
