I gave these as a gift to my nephew on his birthday. He was VERY VERY please with them. I don't use them so I can only rate by his reaction. He is a rock climber. It was a good purchase and a good product.

I’m a personal trainer, and I’ve been lifting for 7 years. I hit a pull up and deadlift plateau recently. I hate using straps, so I thought I’d give this a try. LITERALLY CHANGED MY LIFTING GAME. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this sooner. If lifting was a video game, I would feel like I went up 5 levels lol!! I’ve significantly increased the amount of pull-ups I can do, and my deadlift has increased by 30 pounds. Now, it’s my hamstrings and lower back that are failing instead of my GRIP!
