I do not know what a 600.00 or 1200.00 hearing aid sounds like but I am satisfied with this unit for the price. Replaced some old ones. It takes time to get used to them. The fit holds firmly even w glasses. The ear controls do not work well with me as my fingers are not made for small controls. I bought a tech lunch and he installed the app on my android. MUCH EASIER to control via ph. 3 hearing modes. The 1st one is best sound but will not work in a noisy environment. Easy to change out on ph. Continuous volume control is easy to adjust (on ph) Blue tooth keeps my ph connected even when my ph is on airplane mode. Not used to answering ph calls via aids yet. I use them as needed. Case is large but has plenty of battery life and a charge indicator. Lost clarity because of tool noise, These help out.

Update! I worked with the seller and they worked to fix the issue. I might have just gotten a bad set. I recommend these. Well, I am disappointed! I got these June 9, 2024 it is Sep 9, 2024 and the charging has gone stupid. I put them on to charge every evening. The next morning, I put them in. When I check the power in the app? One is at about 40% and the other is only about 60% I have to remove them from the charger, then put them back in to charge! When the charge light goes off. I try them again. Sometimes I might have to do that 2 or 3 times to get a full charge. Yes I have checked all the terminals to be sure everything is clean. I hate it they did not last longer then they did. I gave these a 5 star because they are what they advertise! Good sale price. I would not have paid the normal list price. Easy to set up, easy to read instructions. Good sound for the size! The hearing test with make the auto adjustments for you. Play your music on your Cell or connected device and still have the hearing aid function is active. I was amazed at the comfort and quality! What I don't like? It is by no means a deal breaker, but need to know. You can connect to other devices but.. To use them on another device? You have to turn off the B-tooth on your primary device. I would like to see the exchange from device to device seamlessly . I would like to have more control over the Aid Function to customize the sound amp. The earbuds? I would like to have more adjustment for people (like me) with big deep ears :) Aside from that? Amazing product! Worth the money!

A lot of echo clarity is hard to get . Charging is a ease the size is a little small as I have tiny ears and they a a bit to put on. Volume control ok to use

I have had them for almost 2 weeks. I even travelled to a wedding last week. They do make it easier for me to hear conversations but, like I have heard about other hearing aids, extraneous noises can be amplified which is very annoying. I will admit that they are still new enough that I need to do more tinkering to completely master their usage. I chose them because they don’t look like normal hearing aids, they look like a cell phone accessory. They certainly cost a lot less than “real” hearing aids. This was the first time the audiologist recommended that I get hearing aids. Of course, I didn’t want to, but hearing conversations better is worth it. I do think these will work out for me. How long the hearing aids work before my hearing requires something different remains to be seen. They were a comparatively inexpensive remedy for now. Edited 4/24

I often organize and host cultural lectures and other activities. At the event site, there may sometimes be slight feedback from audio equipment, as well as coughing and walking sounds from the audience below. This hearing aids with bluetooth makes me more composed when hosting or giving explanations. It can intelligently downplay those occasional and unnecessary interfering noises, but when I need to listen to the questions from the audience below, the voice of the questioner will be clearly captured and strengthened. This enabled me to understand the problem more accurately and respond appropriately. The entire event process appeared more professional and smooth, and the culture was better disseminated.

This review an update over my earlier review: These are reasonably inexpensive hearing aids with Bluetooth compatibility built in. You need to link the hearing aids to your smartphone via Bluetooth (they identify as "F-Aid"), install the free "Royal Hearing" App, and link that in the App to your aids - IN THAT ORDER. In the end after keeping the hearing aids for just under 30 days I couldn't deal with their problems anymore and went back to my old over the ear with tubes to the ear canal type. The biggest problem is that these hearing aids are not physically adjustable for your physical ears. That made them hurt my outer ears. I tried every tip including a variety of other tips I found on Amazon - The physical distance from the top of my outer ear to my ear canal just did not work and that made my ears hurt. The Good: (1) The price - about 1/10 of what it would cost through an audiologist with their fees. (2) Bluetooth works for phone calls and using their App you can adjust the audio response to match your hearing. (3) If you get the just right tip onto your hearing aid and can make them fit your ears they do help with moderate hearing loss. The Bad: (1) The earpiece is physically not adjustable - It either fits your ears or it hurts! (2) Single button on ear adjustment in a spot that really hard to reach. Practically impossible to use, but you can accidentally change the setting putting them on. (3) You cannot listen to music from your phone via Bluetooth - It works but sounds terrible, there is no bass response. (4) If you get 20 feet away from your phone the Bluetooth link unlocks and the stupid blinking LED on your earpieces blinks continuously - which you cannot see, of course but everyone else can! And that will run down your batteries. The Terrible: The earpiece is physically not adjustable - It either fits your ears or it hurts! I do not recommend buying these. The single biggest problem is that they are not physically adjustable for different ears. It is one thing to wear a poorly fitting earpiece for a little while, its quite another to wear one all day and evening - And thats how hearing aids are used.

Super easy to use! These hearing aids have one-button control. My 75yr old mom operates them without help. Perfect for seniors!
