I am a therapist and work with teens and adults with ADHD/Autism, and these rings are a hit in sessions. I've bought and offered the spikey ones available, but those often hurt the skin and fly off fingers across the room, creating distractions. These are easily wearable, quiet, and fun for teens and adults to fidget with as they talk about tough stuff. The rings have different textures and can be turned inside out to get different feels without switching rings. They are a little tight on adult fingers, but work well if you put them on the ring or pinky finger, or keep them towards the tip. Definitely recommend for anyone with ADHD/Autism/Anxiety, or who just loves to fidget and needs to do so quietly. I pick my cuticles and use one as a good distraction from that. It works!

I bought these as Easter egg stuffers so that I could donate a bunch of eggs without it being all candy. I also didn’t want to send pure junk that would be thrown away immediately. And I didn’t want to spend a fortune because I was buying other stuff. These rings seemed like a good idea and the price was right so I bought them along with a few other items and some candy. The kids definitely liked them and each left the hunt wearing a ring if they found one. And as far as that kind of stuff disappearing over time, the rings lasted longer and held my kids interest for a few weeks more than anything else. They do, after all, love fidgets. And they seemed to fit all the kids of different ages somehow.

My wife works with high school students. She bought these to give to give out this year and they’ve been a great hit even with older kids. They’re thick, well made & they stretch just enough to fit on students hands. They’re not noisy so they’re a perfect fidget.

Bought these as a quiet fidget for my students. The students loved them. They are sturdy and easy to clean. They are very small! I had to have conversations with my students about using them on their pinky or below their knuckle.

Great fidget toy.

They should put a range of ring sizes they will fit rather than just stating they r for ages 3+. Being as they r silicon, one figures they stretch, and they do, but they r not comfortable in the long term if they r tight. Some hv textures even on the inside of the rings, so that makes some of them smaller in reality than the others. The colors were nice and bright, and I think the diff designs would hv been great to switch out and keep things interesting. They seem like they are durable, though I can imagine the spikes being pulled off by the more intensely fidgety fingers that like to pick at things, like my son.

I actually purchased these for myself. I have one in every purse and pocket. They relieve anxiety for me and have been working well. They are for kids so the rings are small but fit on the tips of my finger. For a small and inconspicuous, affordable stress, figit toy these are perfect.
